I’ve been bringing the family cars here for 5 yrs, lots of maintenance for our older cars and rarely an issue or miscommunication with Brakes Plus. They are great but there’s a big demand so schedule accordingly, best to leave your vehicle for a couple of days.

We have used this Brakes Plus Facility since its opening in Jackson Creek. Kevin has always been patient to diagnose and properly repair our vehicles. (Including speciality Land Rover maintenance). Over the past 2 years Chris has ensured excellent customer service and technical support for my older diesel truck. Thanks again boys- keep up the good work.

YOU’LL WANT TO STEER CLEAR of THIS BRAKES PLUS!! I’m a mechanic who found himself in a bad spot over this past weekend. I was part way through my trip up to the mountains with my Dodge Ram when my carrier bearing blew out. This trip wasn’t optional, but I also needed my truck fixed. So I called Brakes Plus and they said they could help me out and would be able to do the repair that same day—GREAT! What they didn’t say was that they’re going to QUADRUPLE THE LABOR CHARGE. I looked this repair up in the Alldata/Mitchell labor guides and it calls for .5 hours of labor. The BRAKES PLUS labor rate for this exact repair on this exact vehicle is $165, from the mouth of the shop manager, Kevin MacIver himself. I should have been charged $82.50 for the repair. I was charged $330 for labor alone!! Not only did they overcharge me, by a LOT, they did a terrible job. The boot isn’t secure on the support arm allowing dust and particles to enter—the purpose of the boot is to prevent this. So they overcharged me, and allowed me to leave with my vehicle in a state where it could be destroyed, potentially endangering my life. With these being people’s biggest fears of repair shops, I can tell you, YOU’LL WANT TO STEER CLEAR!!!

Took my truck into Brakes Plus to remove and replace a couple cross threaded lug nuts and for a tire rotation. First time I've been there and I will definitely be going back. Reasonably priced, offer military discounts and was very impressed with the service advisor, Jacob Clements. He was very professional, courteous and super friendly. He made the wait go by quickly with his humor and experiences on a variety of subjects that kept my wife and I entertained. As mentioned earlier in this post, I will definitely go back for any required maintenance on my two vehicles. ??
