Bought a car that was just serviced there from a friend for my kid. FL control arm R&R, Driver side axle seal R&R and oil pan gasket R&R. While driving the FL lower ball joint separated from the FL lower control arm. After further inspection found FL ball joint threads fine missing nut and no cotter pin. Found FL upper control arm bushing bolts missing nuts and aft bolt backed to fender. FL upper control arm mounting nut not torqued to specs, FL axle nut not torqued to specs, oil pan was missing two nuts and two bolts, and 90% of hardware was not torqued to specs. Shop denied any wrong doing, and said it was staged. To explain the torn cotter pin on the ball joint I reseated the FL lower ball joint into FL lower control arm and tossed a cotter pin without the nut because the nut was gone and I didn’t have a nut on hand hoping to prevent further damage while having it towed. Which didn’t hold to get it on the tow truck. Be careful out there.

I was having car troubles right before a long drive on the highway. Thankfully, I stopped for gas at this station, and Nick was able to put my worries at ease. He did a free code reading on my vehicle and explained what was wrong. I really appreciated the help, especially since I was from out of town. Thanks Nick!

Stopped to fuel and machine would not take card. Wonderful lady at the counter was very trusting and patient as we worked it all out.
