Called to ask about a product, they hung up in the middle of my question. Thought the call may have dropped so I called them back- they hung up immediately every time, until the 6th call where she picked up the phone and answered my question without me saying anything. Nice store but TERRIBLE staff.

Four stars for convenience of location and having products I went for. Customer service 0 stars. Mike had zero customer service skills. No hello, how are you, will be right there, nothing. Rang up stuff..had more than 7 items, and he did NOT ask if I wanted a bag. I had no more left to bring in with me as mine were all filled with groceries. He watched me struggle to get it all in my arms to carry out. No, I didn't ask for a bag because, as a cashier, he should have asked me. The customer should not have to say hi first or ask for a bag.

Went in today after work, when I got to the cashier she was very abrupt and rude (Tina) . I usually am treated better then this.....been coming in this one for over 5 years....when or if come back I will walk out of she is working.... WOW

I was in this store today and heard some yelling coming from a section of the store. I walked over to see what was going on and witnessed the store manager cussing out and yelling at one of her young employees about something in the store in front of her other employees, and other customers besides myself. Basically the entire store could hear this woman cussing and yelling throughout the entire store. Hard to comprehend over the yelling and since I was shocked by her fluent use of curse words that she used on this out girl. This went on for a while. I was so mad to hear her treat her employee this way, I left my purchases and walked out of the store and will NOT return... EVER! If this is how that manager treats her employees, I'd hate to see how she treats customers that she doesn't agree with. I would rather drive down to the Springs to shop than give this store any of my money. Even if it is $1.25. This manager needs to be fired, and a better one hired to replace her.

This place is a treasure hunter's paradise. Some items are low quality, some are great quality.
Greeting cards are a bargain as are decorations for parties and holidays. They have a variety of craft supplies at amazing prices. Lots of home decor, household supplies, and personal care items. Great place to buy toys and puzzle books. They often have Disney branded clothing, school supplies, and toys. If you need helium inflated balloons, they have a variety at the best price.

They have a larger variety of dollar store items at this location than they do at the ones further south. And a lot of it is stuff I prefer to buy too. They had multiple wooden box options and cool glass by the picture frames. A TON of toy isles, which again, great for mom's or anyone throwing a kids party and needs party favors. They also have planting bases for when you need to up the pot side for plants, but I could only find up to ~10" wide for a pot, and this is in the spring. Love this place, the line is always fairly well maintained in case you needed to get in and get it fast.

I applied for a job and I called to talk to the hiring manager and I was shocked by how the Manager treated me. I guess that my phone dropped the call when I asked her if they were hiring so I called back and I asked her again and she rudely stated that "well if your phone did not drop the call you would have heard me say ... yes we are always hiring." I said "oh great I put a application in a week and a half ago. My name is -------------" then she rudely said "I am really busy right now how do you spell that--------, oh yes I know I know how to spell that". I was trying really hard to be understanding. I know how retail can be, but honestly why would you treat anyone like that. I still have not received a phone call from her. I guess I am not getting the job!
