Ryan was SO helpful today. I cannot say enough nice things of how he helped me with a return this afternoon. I had been to Kohl's twice this week trying to return two bathing suits for my daughter but never had the correct label. I came in today with my phone and my laptop. I had the QR codes, but the return location was Whole Foods. Ryan helped me cancel the return so that I could return the two bathing suits to Kohls. (I think he could tell I was exhausted and frustrated with the return process, which was NOT due to any Kohl's employee, but my lack of technology knowledge.) Ryan was VERY sweet, kind, and patient. I'm very grateful!

It is much like any other kohls you have been to with a standard layout. This location does do Amazon returns which is very convenient. The staff is always very nice and willing to help. I would recommend shopping for clothes and shoes here.

Went to check out and there was not a single coupon or sale on any of my items, so I put them all back...why shop at kohls full price..you would have to be crazy..

As we walked in the door, the lady at the register let us know that they would be closing soon. I understand it's the day before the 4th, but how about a friendly greeting. We were only going to be there a few minutes. When we left, which was before they closed, she just looked at us with no smile and no "have a good night" or anything. With the state of retail stores these days you would think that customer service would be a priority, but not at the monument location. We will not be back.
