Stopped into Maverik in Monument and was genuinely impressed—super clean, spacious and really well designed. It’s more than just a gas station, it actually feels inviting when you walk in. Mickayla was at the front door welcoming everyone with a big smile and great energy, seriously made the place feel warm. She even gave me a few awesome suggestions for local spots to check out! Cindy, the manager was also incredible and shared some great tips on places to explore nearby. Loved the vibe here definitely not your average stop.

I am changing my review. I loved Kum & Go. Since it has changed to Maverik, I have still been going there because it's close, however now almost overtime I go in, something is wrong. Soda machine has been broken/out of CO2. Half the time there are no hot dogs/sausage, the vanilla creamer machine is either broken or out of vanilla creamer, or they're out of stir sticks for coffee. I know these seem like little petty things...and they are. But when your used to everything being in order with Kum & Go and now the level of service at Maverik is not what your used to, it's pretty annoying/disappointing. BRING BACK KUM & GO!

Ive always had good experiences with Maverick. Clean, friendly environment and i feel safe walking in with my kids. This one however i will never return to. Was traveling alone with 5 kids (6yr, 5yr, 3yr, 2yr, 8mnth) and stopped here for an emergency potty break. Get inside to find the womens bathroom completely closed off for cleaning. A male employee walked out after hearing my kids and said we had to use the multi mens bathroom and then left without even checking if someone was in the mens for me. I had the yell into the bathroom and check before bringing my kids in for a 2min bathroom break. Why on earth would you suggest an alone mother take her one daughter and 4 sons into a mans restroom! Was not told if it was a sanitary issue or just routine cleaning! And why couldn't the female at the front registers clean it so others could use at least one stall.

I used to love coming to kum and go. The new maverick is struggling on customer satisfaction. There is an elderly woman who works the counter, each time I have gone in I get stuck at the counter for 15 minutes while she struggles profusely to use the Electronic register. Maverick is out to a poor start with poor training for employees. Bring back kum and go.
