I have been a customer of Les Schwab in Utah and Idaho for many years, and this store has the worst customer service. I walked out and went across the street to discount tire and was welcomed with some actual customer service.

Bryan patched up my tire like new. Had a screw in it and a slow leak and he fixed it in no time at all. Great customer service and impeccable shop.

Super nice humans there. They filled up our uhail tires before we hit the road. Also great tires, we use them for our daily driving vehicles. Good prices too, don't feel like they are trying to up sell everything

Had shocks and struts replaced on 2/29/24 and have had nothing but problems. Multiple missing bolts including lower shock mount destroying new shock and even simple aspects of the work like shield/ front plate reinstall had a missing bolt with unaligned holes from over tightening and careless installation. Found most of the issues last night and will be having the rest looked over by real mechanics later this week. I would strongly advise against bringing your vehicle to this location, or to Les Schwab in general. Unbelievably poor workmanship and carelessness towards customer safety.
