I am currently homeless and needed a storage locker to clear out my trunk so I can have more room for delivery jobs. The guy told me I needed a physical adr. When I tried to give him a friends adr, he told me he see a lot of red flags I'm throwing and then gives me a nasty look. It's a locker, NOT a storage unit, not big enough for me to try to live in. Sometimes people are going through a hard time and you have staff like this guy treat you like a criminal for a $12 a month locker. Horrible, horrible place. Doesn't give a rip about people.

Unfortunately had to move out due to dramatic price increase in less than a years time. This facility in Monument is clean, in good condition, and the gentleman managing the property is super helpful. We were on the 3rd floor and the large elevator, moving carts, and covered parking to our unit made it super convenient. Climate control was also a plus including the gated access. Overall a great storage facility but beware of drastic price hikes.

I have had the storage unit for 6 years or so. Always kept clean in the facility. No issues whatsoever and always was greeted with a smile whenever I had to talk with someone at the front office. Would recommend

I have been very pleased with the conditions and service at SecurCare Self Storage. Will was very helpful with an orientation of the facility and helping identify an appropriate unit. The units are very clean, and my climate controlled indoor unit has indeed maintained a comfortable temperature for my stuff. The facility seems plenty secure between the observation cameras and Will's personal patrols. I would recommend this facility quite highly and would certainly use them again.

This place is awesome I’ve had my unit about 5-6 yrs and this by far is hands best storage unit we’ve ve ever had . Will the managers there is a great guy and always is super helpful. Wish you guys had some of there in our other location in Arizona!

The SecurCare facility on Deer Creek Road in Monument is extremely well run, clean, secure, and the Property Manager, Will, is highly professional, very efficient, knows the business very well, and always has a cheerful attitude.
The security is thorough, has a gated access, is under continuous surveillance, and there is always a way to get immediate support should the need arise.
I've been a customer for about 20 months, having the need to rent several units of various sizes, and I've always been thoroughly happy with the prices, availability of units, and especially the excellent customer service. In addition, the hours of customer access are generous, but not 24 hours per day, which is good.
I'm confident that the storage facility is safe. In fact, right after I rented my first unit, I forgot to throw the bolt on the door. I did put a lock on it but it didn't do any good with the bolt not thrown. I got an email within an hour indicating that the manager had found the door unsecured and I was able to get down there quickly and lock up my belongings.
The rentals are on a monthly basis so I can adjust my use as I need it rather than having to sign a lengthy lease and get locked in to paying for unused time. I get the option of signing up for affordable insurance or bringing a declaration page for my own policy.
It's always good to work with Will, since he goes to lengths to meet my rental requirements, solves problems quickly, he is easy to reach whenever I need support, and he has a great disposition.
I am VERY satisfied with the quality of the facility and the great customer service experience I get with every interaction with Will!
I highly recommend SecurCare (NSA Brands) on Deer Creek Road in Monument, Colorado!

Great experience here. Super easy to sign up online. Loved the access via code into the lot & building. Felt very secure. We used this storage place in between moving and it worked out lovely. Will, the man working the day we moved our stuff out, was also super nice. We’d definitely use them again should the need arise!
