Excellent location for RV storage. A nice paved lot with easy access and better hours than a lot of storage lots. When I had a billing issue recently, management here corrected the situation the next business day.

A very nice young lady working there took me to my space storage my husband lost the keys and she broke it off and she was very kind and professional ,I am sorry I didn't get her name but she was very helpful and gave me new lock and keys I recommend this place only because she is so helpful when I needed it!

We wanted to share our review of Monument Storage on Old Denver Highway in an attempt to save others from similar experiences. We rented a total of 3 units there for almost a year. They do not accept electronic payments and to avoid their late fees, I had my bank send them a check about 2 weeks before the due date each month. I forgot to stop my final payment for the month we were planning to move out - my bad. On our move out day, I went to the office to discuss our move out and to request a refund of the upcoming month that we would not be using. I was told that there were no rent refunds. I later discovered from my bank that they cashed my check AFTER that conversation and that they had already re-rented my units. We are Air Force retirees and long time Monument residents. You have other choices for storage rental in Monument. Stay away from Monument Storage.
