Spoke to Aaron, called for a control arm for my F150. Didn't have it. Oh no. I'm in shambles. Im scared. I look at the truck...a whole arm just SNAPPED. I call back realizing it was the sway bar! Was told to come in. Aaron greets us with a big smile and positive attitude. Gets us the right part. Order complete. Mission accomplished. Aaron was super friendly, relatable, and made getting this part easy! Unfortunately ordered items don't get a discount for veterans/first responders; great support regardless. Very impressed and thankful for the service, order. Thank you Aaron for being exceptional!!!!

Typical parts store. Knowledgeable staff, good hours of operation. Great location, parking is tight but that's not a complaint just an observation.

O’Reilly’s totally just hooked me up!
Had the ATV battery replacement I needed (other store didn’t have what I needed it stock). Needed a few screws to get it all attached (realized after I tried to install it) and they just gave me the stuff I needed.
And just like that, they have stolen my business from the ‘other’ auto parts store in my area.

This place is very unprofessional. Guy at the counter eating while trying not to assist me with a piece of heater hose. I did not need anything vehicle specific just a piece of hose to get me home. Horrible place. I definitely do not recommend

Has been one of my favorite auto parts stores in Monument ever since I walked in one day before they opened, not realizing they had not yet opened (I was so excited to finally have a "real" auto parts store in town) and they just let me "purchase" the item (gave it to me for free - ensuring my enduring loyalty!) I use their buy online - pick up in store option quite often and it is convenient and efficient.

Ordered pads and rotors on the phone but when I came to pick up they forgot to order the pads, asked if they can price match the pads in stock to the ones that should have been ordered and I was told there’s nothing they can do. Mistakes happen but the unwillingness to make it right was not a pleasant experience
