This is our favorite Part Smart in the area. It tends to be cleaner than the others, although we have noticed an increase in the number of people who allow their dogs to urinate in the store and don't bother to clean it up or let an associate know. The associates are nice and helpful, and the products we use have always been in stock.

Grooming experience at PetSmart— I brought my dog, a pretty high strung German Shepherd, in for his appointment. I have gotten him groomed at PetSmart Powers location in the past and decided to give these guys a shot. My appointment was cancelled last minute due to my dog not going into the pen before a wash. Unfortunately that didn’t make sense to me. I had driven almost an hour to get to this location. Luckily, I talked with one of the grooming managers, Ranch, who was extremely nice and helpful with the situation. She was able to get me connected to the SM Sean. He took care of us, he helped get us some treats for our dogs at a discounted rate. While we were not able to get grooming done, I wanted to express how much I appreciated them making it right.

Went in to buy a few feeder fish for ourturtle and an algae eater. I had my 15yr old daughter with me, and the man that was tending the fish only spoke with her. My husband and I have had aquariums for over 40yrs. This guy decided w/ my child that no fish should be bought, and we should promptly go home and test our water. Which we had already done! I was furious. Will NOT return to this store. If you want to help the customer...HELP the customer. Don't mansplain!

Not the best pet smart...but they had nice staff. We got crickets and asked for 76... we got about 150 at the price for 76.....

The cut was ok but the groomer did not shape his face. I asked for a teddy bear round cut. They did a terrible job! I also paid to get his teeth and ears to be cleaned and that didn’t happen. I won’t be going back here at all!!!

Banfield in PetSmart, Monument, is wonderful. The Dr's and staff are fantastic and our Pittie is one of the scardest dogs we've ever had but she is never scared to go here. For her to wag her tail going in means she only has positive visits and interactions. We love the care both our dogs get here and our dogs love everyone there.
The store also is always stocked and clean, so we can get things for our dogs while there.

Two dogs in a hot car outside Petsmart in Monument CO OF Jackson Creek. I alerted he manager. The owners were at Banfield euthanizing a third dog. The manager of Petsmart told me why the dogs were waiting in the hot car. I waited another 25 minutes watching the car. Then I went back in the store and talked to the manager. I said I was going to call the police, the store manager confronted me and told me to have some grace and recommended I try it sometime. I said what about the two living dogs in the car? Do they deserve grace? Maybe I’m wrong, not ok with dogs in hot cars.
