I had an old lawnmower that broke while mowing our tall grass. I went to this store to buy a new lawnmower that was not in this store's stock. The Monument store manager introduced herself and was very friendly. She went way out of her way to help me by writing up a purchase order for a free delivery to the store at a later date,
She helped me log into my Tractor Supply account to help me get a military discount. Almost done, another store employee was checking online and said there was the lawnmower I wanted at the Woodland Park location. He even called the Woodland Park store to verify with that store's manager. I needed the lawnmower bad so I decided to go to the Woodland Park store to get the available lawnmower.
The Monument store manager was so nice throughout this entire experience even though I canceled my order through their store. What a great team at Monument Tractor Supply. Highly recommend buying your stuff through this store, I had a great experience.

Outstanding customer service. I had an issue with a log splitter and they more than made up for it during the exchange process. I met with the store manager briefly and can say the excellent customer service starts from the top down.

A simple hello or welcome to our store.. custom service training is definitely needed at this store!!
Couldn’t find what I was looking for and it seemed that when I found an employee.. and headed towards them.. the chaise was on.. ok.. not a problem, I can go to the other store up the street.

friendly staff, the horse pelletized bedding is the best cat litter and cheaper than any real cat litter on the market. I've been using it for several years after my asthmatic cat had to be changed from sand and it's been a life saver for her and my pocket
