Would be nice if the Rosie's Diner people didn't fill up the entire parking lot. People going to the post office have to park in the street because there's no parking

Got here at 8am on a Thursday and it wasn’t busy at all. Only two people ahead of me and still I was out in 5 minutes. The gentleman behind the desk was very friendly and so were the other staff. 10/10 experience

Good service and I appreciate our mail delivery personnel, but I wish they would more carefully follow directions when I request a mail hold.

I went in to close my po box and to see why my mail had not been forwarded i spoke with Lloyd he was the most helpful and even spoke to someone in back he was professional and kind i left feeling like he truly did care

I have never had a bad experience when I come to our Monument post office. Always a smile, always quick, efficient and friendly. If there ever is a mistake it’s taken care of quickly, and our postal carrier is AMAZING. Kudos to every employee at this office. It’s a tough job and is often undervalued and underappreciated.

If there’s a trash can within 50ft, they don’t deliver. Side note: you’re paid by taxes. You’re a public servant. No need to be a clown to your customers.

Rude mail man refuses to deliver our mail for over a week. Claiming its not “accessible”. There was snow over the weekend so I understood then. But I cleared it out in front of our house and made sure there was a clear path to the mail box. He said “I don’t get out of my vehicle”. Which to me is completely unacceptable. We have to have some cars parked on the street we have no choice. He legally can not hold our mail. After writing this review I will be visiting in person tomorrow to speak to a supervisor as well. I got it all on video and I will most likely submit to the local news as well if nothing is done. This is unacceptable. I watched him drive right passed four house including mine. People need there mail and him not delivering because he’s just lazy is not acceptable. He is the rudest mail man I have ever met. I usually tip my mail service people during holidays. But ever since I’ve been here he has not been personable at all and now being strait up rude and lazy. So he will never get anything from me.
