I’ve used this Walmart auto center a lot in the past but my last visit was all but a nightmare. Came in on a Tuesday afternoon for an oil change and tire swap they don’t take any walk ins and only do appointments, not a big deal I already arranged a ride to drop off the car so not a big deal until they tell me they cannot take the keys until the appointment day… came back the next day for my appointment to drop off the keys and I was 1 hour early but again just dropping off keys, they refused to take the keys and tell me I have to come back yet again 15 mins before my appointment. Came back 15 mins before my appointment then they inform me that they don’t have my oil filter in stock, run to parts store to pick up filter and dropped it back off to the tech working on my car. Fast forward 2 hours they call to tell me they can’t get my oil filter off and on top of that they fed me some line that the tires I have are a different size than oem so they can’t put them on. Long story short went to discount tire next door and they put the tires on no problem, tires are within spec allowed even though they were slightly larger diameter. Also knocked out the oil change myself and here was absolutely no issue with getting oil filter off. Feels retaliatory that they turned down all the service bc I talked to the store manager in the middle of my service appointment.Wasted hours of my life which I’ll never get back. Very disappointed in how everything was handled making me jump through hoops just to turn me away completely. Next time I’ll save my time and go see the pros at legit tire and repair shops.

Wanted to come back and edit my review to say this Walmart still sucks. Poor service, poor quality. In store, pick up, delivery, it doesn't matter. Also, one star to me for continuing to shop here when I know better.

The cleanliness for the bathrooms is horrendous. Ik it’s a walmart and I shouldn’t expect much, but using a toilet brush to clean the floors with toilet water is where the line should be drawn. I was having to deal with a medical issue while in the restroom and while I was handling it, the cleaning person had wiped the brush under a portion of my stall, brushing against my shoe in the process while it was soaked with toilet water. I know not to expect much from a walmart bathroom cleanliness wise, but that was just wrong to say the least.

Overcharged me for the notebooks that are supposed to be on sale. Overcharged me 47 cents more and the notebooks listed at 50 cents ended up being 97 cents. Very disappointed. I thought I was getting a deal and not being ripped off.

It's what you'd expect from a walmart. It's pretty vacant compared to what I'm used to, but it makes the shopping easier, which makes me happy.

Very large store. They had everything, from food to outdoor plants. Clothing section was large. The grocery isles were large. Clean store and nice employees

The produce hasn't been great quality of late and the shelves seemed to be picked through most days. Usually need to go to Safeway or sprout to get the produce I need to finish a shopping trip.

Meat department employee is rude with an attitude. I was at walmart on Saturday and was very disappointed by Krista in the meat department. I asked her for assistance locating a product. After her glare and huff of breath, she said it's not in her department and walked away. I found another employee (name tag turned backwards) and he walked me to right location. I asked about Krista and was told that's how she is. Doug McMillon, you've lost another consumer.
