Great place to stay, especially if you’re going to a show at Red Rocks! My partner and I have stayed here more than once. Both the King’s Quarters and the Lions Den Suite are wonderful. The views are phenomenal and breakfast is great. We will definitely be back!

Had my wedding at this location. I was a little worried about the staff that worked there...but gave it a chance an it turned out beautiful. Kinda wish they would update their camera so the pictures would've been more clearer an better.. but other than that I loved it. Our room looked amazing I had trouble working the TV remote.. but my husband didn't so might of just been me (lol)... the staff is very unique but very helpful an sweet.

We stayed in the King suite for our Anniversary it was lovely and the staff was fabulous.Rooms: Loved the jacuzzi tub and heated bathroom floor.

We had a great time. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very cozy and romantic. The bathtub was jetted. Breakfast was homemade and fantastic. The views were absolutely stunning. We couldn’t have asked for a better get away for our anniversary.

We had a blast. We eloped and we felt like royalty. We were greeted and shown around. The Castle is beautiful. The room was clean and private. The only negative was the TV and DVD had a few issues, however the staff came up and fixed right away.

Raging snowstorm forced me to stop driving & fortunately found Arrowhead. Great place with nice, comfortable room & full breakfast.

Stayed here yesterday! Super nice place and was clean I didn’t happen to make it to breakfast but I had a great time in the evergreen sweet with a hot tub on the deck!! Was a super great night had lots of fun the only down fall was having to get the DVD player to work (I didn’t know how to use) but they had plenty of movies to choose from!! And was a great clean place full of fun I will hopefully be back soon the location was great my gf has lived in conifer her entire life so she’s always wanted to stay here and she loved it!Rooms: Super cool rooms and plenty to do with the right room!

Keep calm and book somewhere else.I see my review was deleted let me rewrite it for you. Save your money go to the Hyatt. This place smells bad. Breakfast is horrible. Tv is 20 years old (along with the cameras in the room) I believe our room was called shorty.We were extremely uncomfortable from the moment we got there and left early because of it. Room wasn’t clean and there was a joint on the floor when we got there. Not only did they make fun of my mom they are trying to say we wanted a refund??? No not the case. They tried to make us change rooms when we had one night left so we decided to leave because of our AWFUL experience.If this gets deleted again I’ll post everywhere else. It's a bed and breakfast. Don't expect a Hotel experience. Accommodations very nice and staff does their job! We'll definitely go back!

We stayed here to attend a concert at Red Rocks. Conveniently located, and the shuttle service made the concert going hassle free. Our room was lovely and the breakfast delicious. The views from the patio are stunning.

Find a normal hotel. Don't stay here. They are rude on the phone and via email and as someone else mentioned, they have a "draconian" cancellation policy. I had to cancel and they charged me half, wouldn't refund extra services I bought. Then they tried to say I still owed them money. Take a look at their website-especially all the language about not leaving a bad review. It's bizarre. No wonder there are so many bad reviews lately.

I love the aesthetic of this place and I was super excited to stay at my first bed and breakfast.After booking a room, they emailed me saying my view wouldn’t be great and they recommend that I upgrade (of course haha) so I call and ask to upgrade and ask if the view will be better and the man says yes. Well we go to check in and our room is in the basement! So no view at all and not even a patio area. They have a shared deck that has a beautiful view but I wasted my money upgrading for nothing. Place could definitely use some tlc and cleaning. Walking through the kitchen it smelled very odd and the rug going through it was filthy. The building itself was beautiful and again, I loved the old Victorian vibe. But I definitely would not stay again.

We booked almost the entire B&B for our wedding weekend so that our immediate families could have a place to stay during our celebrations in the area. Unfortunately, both of our families had terrible experiences in so many ways. Upon check in, there was no one available to help and the guests picked up envelopes with their names and room keys on them, but one envelope was missing so my 88 year old grandmother ended up without a room. When my dad called, management to try to resolve the issue, the Arrowhead employee said there was nothing he could do until the groom (who booked the rooms) solved it for him, and made no further attempts to help. Another couple was forced to check out one night early, despite having booked their room for 2 nights. Yet another couple checked into their room with poop in the un-flushed toilet, and finally another couple checked into their room with no linens.When the guests tried to deal with the issues with management, they were universally met with a combative, lazy, and arrogant staff who did not try or care to make things right. Finally, after hearing about all of these issues, we called the B&B after everyone had checked out, and asked to be called back by the owners but waited for 2 days before we heard back. When we calmly explained the issues our families experienced and tried to give Arrowhead a chance to make it right, we were met with the same combative, arrogant, and irresponsible attitude, where the B&B tried to blame the guests for messing everything up themselves.When I talked to management about the unacceptable experience, they threatened me with reviewing me poorly on Google (as a human?). I truly hope no one else has to suffer through staying at this B&B with the worst service I have ever heard of or experienced.
