They did a great job repairing my wife’s Jeep! Everything was fixed and back to New as it was before the accident! Communication from Eric the general manager was excellent… This is a great company to deal with!

They shouldn’t even be allowed to work on cars. Outrageous. Such a delay and run around, I hope everyone heeds my warning and takes their car anywhere but here. Worst service. Worst follow up. Someone should shut them down.

I have gotten work done at this Gerber twice now, and the most recent time, the general manager Harley has taken great care in personally seeing the completion of my vehicle. Their work is near flawless, body repairs, paint, and new parts are a perfect match to OEM. Will absolutely be returning for any work I need done in the future!

Recently had to bring my Subie in and all I can say is wow!!!! She looks amazing. It took awhile but I was offered a rental car and that was paid for by the other persons insurance. They told me who they work with and it was very smooth. Gerber kept me updated twice a week on the progress of my car and their whole team is beyond professional. Highly recommend this shop! Thank you!

I recently had to bring my truck in for extensive repairs after it was damaged in a tornado in Highlands Ranch. Gerber has been our trusted choice for car repairs for many years, and once again, they exceeded our expectations.Throughout the entire process, I was kept well-informed about the status of my vehicle, which I greatly appreciated. When I finally got my truck back, I was amazed at how it looked – it was as if it was brand new!Even with the ongoing supply chain disruptions, Gerber managed to deliver exceptional service and complete the repairs on time. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to their customers. I highly recommend Gerber to anyone in need of top-notch car repair services. Do your damndest to avoid this place at all costs!I called in late June and now in late September I called back. Why so long...well, they cancelled and rescheduled my appt 4 times and even when I ended up finally getting the estimate done, they didn't have a long enough appt booked to look at both insurance claims I have. Well, after finally getting that solved, I called in to ask a question about my repair next week and the GM told me they don't have a clean room to work on Aluminum body like my F150 has, so they can't even do the work. Said they would pass me off to their Englewood location, they never did. Then when I called the Englewood Location, they said they won't work with Nationwide insurance. Horrible experience all around.They also worked on my wife's Subaru and it still isn't completed after several months of waiting for two parts (even though the GM told me the parts have been at their location for a few weeks) They apparently just haven't called her?Whatever, don't go here!!!Also, if they worked on your F-150 in the last couple years, they were not supposed to do that and lied to you about their ability to complete the work effectively. I would call them. Casey is the GM and she’ll admit they don’t have a clean room to work on F150s. Good luck getting them to cover their lies though.Edit: Doug T. Definitely never reached out to me to try to make things right.

Unable to leave 0 feedback. We took our vehicle in May 1st for repair due to high winds. It is now July 10th( we were told it would take 30 days) We were not offered a rental car until a week ago and still no rental but plenty of excuses, we have been given the run around we feel as though it should have been offered after the first month. There was no communication, we were told there would be weekly updates and have received only one, I have had to initiate any communication between us. I cannot attest to their work as our vehicle is still there and incomplete .We highly do not recommend this business. Gerber is not accredited by the BBB.Consumer beware.

If you have a choice, skip this place. Also skip Farmers Insurance. Insurance had the vehicle towed here after they did not like the estimate from the original body shop. I was assured this was a certified Subaru body shop. The vehicle was towed there in late January, and the gal told me it would be ready in about 3 weeks. Fast forward to Memorial weekend (and several phone calls, emails, and tweets later) it was finally ready. There is still damage to my car that occurred as a result of this accident that neither Farmers nor Gerber will take responsibility for, and two weeks later, I had my vehicle at the Subaru dealership because the after market (not OEM) parts they used are already failing. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache.

The last windstorm blew my door out of my hands and bent the hinges. In a time where most body shops won't even give you an estimate for 6 to 8 weeks. These guys got me right in and were able to fix the problem immediately!!! Their repair wait time was shorter than any I could find. I would highly recommend these people. They were very nice and very honest and very good to me. I will go back to them for anything I need in the future.

I drove through a deep dip in the road and tore part of my bumper away from the car body. I took the car to four different shops. Only Gerber suggested re-attaching the bumper rather than installing a whole new bumper (an instant $900 savings for me)!! They did a beautiful job. You can't tell there was ever a problem. Special thanks to Adam and Brian.
