Manager should be fired. They’ve got one old man at the rental desk working as hard and fast as he can to rent equipment out to customers while they sit around and wait for an hour to do a simple rental transaction. Meanwhile you’ve got 10 floor associates randomly wandering around the store doing nothing. Total and complete lack of organization and leadership at this location. I’ve been renting here for 10 years and this place has gone downhill horribly.

Their rental system is down so they can't rent any equipment right now and they have no idea when it will be working again.

I'm really hoping the driveway under construction is available again soon. The consolidation of traffic by the shoppette is unsafe... it's not wide enough for all those cars, and I witnessed a near-miss.

Editing to add another terrible experience. 10 minutes on the phone to check availability of a welder. Asked for it to be set aside, waited in line at customer service like they asked and turns out it was never set aside. Then I ask for it to be unlocked so I could be on my way. Three separate employees I had to ask before someone could be bothered to unlock it for me. Just fantastic service I tell ya.
Original review still stands: Don't think I've ever come here and gotten everything I needed. Perpetually out of stock, can't keep consistent inventory. I hate shopping here

A lot of old guys (employees) sitting around talking about motorcycles while I am looking at cabinets, no one asked if I needed help. Just too preoccupied with chatting from the moment we arrived to one hour later. One nice girl kept checking in on us in a different part of the store though. Also, I didn't appreciate the worker watching me check out a piece of trim and then asking if I was going to scan the other piece, I had to explain that it was an 8 foot piece trimmed down to 6 foot, so 2 foot of scrap, so YES I am paying for the whole thing!

Got here 7:15 am , 3 customers in rental line, one worker. I asked an employee if they could send back up because I know rental checkouts can take some time. They told me they had no extra help and to please have patience. Finally some extra help arrived after 40 mins of standing in line. Overall took over an hour to rent a ladder…absolutely ridiculous. As a manager you need to step up and get behind the counter if you are short staffed or at least take the opportunity to cross train. Customer service is not like it used to be, such a shame

Gary at the paint desk was extremely helpful when I had questions about Brushes and matching my clients original paint. He was clearly extremely busy at the time and took the time to explain things to me in detail nonetheless. He had a very positive ora. Thanks Gary! Give this guy a longer break time!

The manager Ken was amazing to work with for my sons Eagle project. He went above and beyond our expectations in helping ensure we got what he needed and had the correct information to ensure a quality outcome when the project is finished. We really appreciated Ken's help.

DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT. After 3 failed attempts to deliver a washer and dryer, with no communication on HD end, I had to cancel and and go through Costco. The one time I talked to customer service (when I reached out after the second canceled order) she said that the appliance delivery is outsourced and is the #1 complaint they get. Please consider anywhere else when buying appliances, or you'll end up like me, paying 2500 for laundry machines that you still won't have a month later. What a joke!!

Don't shop at home depot unless you want halloween decorations. Everything else is special order now (in order to make room for the essential decorations) even if you order it, it will show up broken late and the wrong part. This company has become a literal joke!
