This store is horrible to veterans. We tried to use our veteran discount with the veteran designation on our ID, and the lady at the checkout would not give us our veteran discount. We have never had any problems at any other stores. We will go out of our way to never go to this store again.

This past weekend, my husband ordered us a new toilet. (I said "NO" to this being my Christmas gift!"). He wanted to pick it up at our neighborhood Home Depot, however in the HD APP it stated on-line deal only. He even called the store who looked it up and agreed it was an on- line only special. He reluctantly paid the additional $35 ( shipping charges) so he could install it this week.On Monday, when it was delivered, the HD APP now said it would be home delivered via the HP store for the $35 fee. Also, they offered free ship to the store services.Bottom line, the store manager exceeded our expectations by personally calming our frustration. He made things right even though it wasn't his store's problem but people working their APP.This HD has been our go to store for years and the manager keeps their customer service standards at a high level. Thank you!

I shopped at this Home Depot over the Labor Day holiday weekend. I noticed a sign advert in the store for HVAC Tune-Up. I inquired. The Home Depot Rep. advised it was a service required at least once per year. Our AC/Furnace had been installed in 2007 and we needed a tune-up for sure. Although, our AC and furnace is working fine. The Home Depot rep also advised that their services are vetted and everything is backed by Home Depot. He went on to advise the company they send would diagnose any problems and clean everything up so the existing HVAC unit would be its "best self". With a Home Depot coupon for only $49. The Hope Depot rep sat me down at a chair and raved about how important their service is for extending the life of our AC and Furnace. The Company that showed up over an hour late is named ARS Rescue Rooter. After everything was said and done the "service" technician was really only there to set an appointment for a sales rep. The tech removed a panel from the AC unit outside and stripped out the screws replacing it. I replaced the screws myself although the Sales rep who eventually showed up did offer to send the tech back. The only real work done was the tech blew a fuse and had to go to the store and retrieve a new one.This is bate and switch. I cannot believe Home Depot would be in cahoots with a company like this. We are no better off than before the ARS Rescue Rooter appointment. I should charge this back as fraud. Keep your money and avoid this Home Depot scam and ARS rescue rooter.

I was followed around the entire store by an employee while walking around with my daughter. Weirdest and most unwanted experience we have ever experienced together. Then another associate pretended like getting something they put on the top shelf was the worst thing possible. It was so bad I asked them to just leave it, but they refused and just made for an entirely more awkward and terrible experience.

I was having a terrible day and Abby at the service desk was super helpful. She was kind and quick to help. It was just what I needed! I noticed her doing the same great job with others and it made me smile so much! Thanks Abby at Home Depot!

I wouldn't attempt to do any sort of curbside pickup from this store. I've done it twice and both times were a waste of time. The first time, they left me sitting in the parking lot for 30 minutes after I checked in waiting for my order. I ended up having to go inside to wait for someone to help me and then bring the order out - it honestly would have been quicker for me to just go inside and grab my items myself. I placed a second online order and received an email that guaranteed my order would be ready in 2 hours or less, that has yet to be the case. Whilst I realize I can go into the store and grab my own items the benefit of curbside pickup is convivence... this store does not value that. Don't even get me started on my 40k home remodel and all the issues I faced with that with this store..

I've moved but went here a lot last year and the year before that. The staff were helpful and this store usually had the supplies I needed. Returns were very easy, too.

The worst experience yet! I would not shop at this store and would give Celeste and Nathan the assistant manager different roles. Their customer service is lacking and they are both very condescending. They sold me a range that could not be installed after repeatedly telling them what I needed. They refused to take ownership or rectify the situation. Beware they can cancel your order without your permission, it’s in your contract which nobody ever explained to me. Therefor instead of fixing their mistake they cancelled my order and refused to help me. Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Terrible customer service. Called about an issue, phone rang for over 5 minutes before someone answered. A woman named Martha answered, said she was the manager, and put me on hold for 20 minutes. And then, just hung up on me! I've spent the last 40 minutes trying to get someone on the phone, still haven't talked to anyone! Take your business elsewhere...

Trying to get help in this store is impossible, when I asked three employees having a BS session where the stair nosing was located they acted like I had done something wrong! I'll drive right by to go to another store.

Had no choice but to go there to grab an item and even worse experience than the last. When addressing the "tough guy "manager instead of realizing he should be embarrassed of the type of store he runs he just gets defensive instead. What a meat headed d*** fool. Furthermore nice to allow customers to walk around without masks on during Covid and not enforce the policy that other customers have to adhere to. Again, I would be so ashamed and embarrassed to manage a store with this type of customer experience over and over as seen in the other reviews. This is why you're a manager at Home Depot in Morrison Colorado dude you're worthless and incapable of much.

I would not recommend purchasing carpet or installation from this Home Depot. I had carpet installed in March and am having issues with premature wear on carpet as well as installation problems. I have actively pursued a resolution since the end of May and still getting the run around. Buyer beware!
