Pizza was just ok for the price, and the drink selection was surprisingly thin for a pizza joint. Bartender was awesome though, let me try once of the drinks to see if I'd like it first before buying.

Pizza is yummy if you’ve been drinking. Greasy but still good. Think NYC dollar pizza. It’s good. They allow dogs inside which I appreciate.

I recently visited Crazy Elk Pizza with hopes of enjoying a lunch outing with my friend, but was left disheartened by the service we received. Upon request for a specialty pizza slice, which was advertised on the menu for seven dollars, the supervisor informed us that this option was not available, despite the clear advertisement. This was confusing and frustrating, but what exacerbated the situation was the supervisor's demeanor, which was dismissive and unaccommodating.I was particularly upset by the differing treatment I observed; a couple after us seemed to have no trouble placing a similar order. It is concerning and disappointing to feel that the service disparity may have been influenced by racial bias, as I am African American. In all, the manager's unhelpful attitude and the inconsistency in service not only dampened our visit but also prompted me to question the inclusive values that I expect from public-serving businesses. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as everyone deserves fair and equal treatment, and a customer's race should never affect the quality of service they receive.

We went to grab dinner on a weekday night in February and the place was pretty empty we ordered a plain cheese pizza and it was brought to us rather quickly. It has a nice cheesy, garlicy taste and was light on the tomato sauce. It was a bit pricey at $20 but that's what you expect at a touristy place.

I have only eaten here twice, so perhaps sometimes the pizza is better. The service was good and the atmosphere was fine. I would have zero complaints if the pizza had been good. I ordered a cheese pizza to stay, and it was the pizza I remember from my childhood, in a bad way. The crust had no flavor, was floppy instead of crispy and there was way too much cheese. This is pizza that kids love. It pains to write this review as I love pizza. I love thin and thick crust pizza, I’ve eaten at dozens of pizza places in America and in Italy. It takes pretty bad pizza to be worse than no pizza at all and this was walking that line. The best parts of the pizza were the temperature and the price.

Tip options are 20%,24%, and 28%. Looked at me weird when I gave them 15% for putting a slice of pizza in the oven for less then a minute. Not only that, the staff stole my personal item. Even went back a minute after and they weren't friendly when I asked. New staff needed.

After spending a ridiculous amount of money on new ski boots and custom liners, I wanted a low key dinner option that was better than fast casual, but didn't break the bank. We stopped in to Crazy Elk around 7 and snagged a few seats at the bar. Their drink prices (draft and bottled beer, canned wine, cocktails) were very reasonable and the service was great. We made our own pizza and included both the unique meats (elk pepperoni and wagyu sausage). The pizza was decent - it wasn't the best pizza I've ever had, but I definitely didn't regret ordering it. (It beat the pants off the flatbread at Timber Room.) We also ordered one of their salads and I was pretty impressed with the combination of ingredients and flavor of the dressing. I also loved that they drizzled the dressing and then gave an extra side of it instead of soaking it in dressing. The vibe here is definitely a dive bar feel, which was much appreciated after a long day 3 days of skiing. This would be a good place to go with a group of friends when you're ready to shovel calories into your face after shredding gnar all day. It's a good bang for the buck, especially in a ski resort village.

Great huge slices and awesome brews to pair with, all in a casual, sports-bar-style open restaurant. Servers were very helpful and amicable. Definitely recommend!!

The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was overshadowed by the disappointing service. Also the food was lacking both in flavor and presentation. Unfortunately, the general manager's rudeness added a negative tone to the entire dining experience. The general manger was the worst part of our vacation and I hope upper management takes care of this.

Stellar, greasy, flavorful pizza in a down to earth atmosphere that’s simply perfect for a bite between runs. In my 14 years skiing Telluride, I’ve never skipped Crazy Elk for lunch.

Great place in Mountain Village to stop for lunch or dinner! The salads, pizza, and Chicken Tortilla Soup are all delicious!! Reasonable prices! We've already been there twice this week. Yum!
