Received a very nice jacket as a gift. This style jacket had a inner down liner, which I immediately noticed had a hole in the seam, with feathers coming out.Took it back to the Heritage, and the salesperson remarked, " I know about this" and opened up a pocket in the jacket, took out a loop, and said that the loop used to be sewn into the liner, but another customer, who "was rough, tore it off".Unbelievable that they just stuck it back on the rack without fixing- clearly hoping that someone else wouldn't notice? Not even an apology from them. for a high end clothier, I would expect better. But cannot ever shop there again.

Received a nice jacket as a gift, inly to discover a hole in the seam. Brought it back and the salesperson claimed she knew why- they saw another customer previously rip it, tore an attachment loop off. So instead of repairing it, they stuck it back on the rack hoping no one would notice?!?! Not even an apology.
