We had a wonderful stay in a townhome in the See Forever Village while some of our group stayed in the hotel. We used the Peaks Resort & Spa everyday. We ate in the restaurant, coffee shop, used the spa and generally enjoyed the hotel. I had especially AMAZING service when I left some valuable jewelry in our townhome rental. I realized my mistake after I arrived home in Chicago. I called the front desk - spoke with Kira Knapp who was able to locate my jewelry because of the wonderful honest work of Maria Mendez, housekeeping and the Director of the Front Desk, Evelyn Ortiz. Maria had turned in my jewelry and Evelyn had locked it in the hotel safe for safekeeping. Within 30 minutes Kira got back to me and was able to ship my items back to me. The courtesy and prompt response I received made me so happy. There are good people in the world and many of them work at The Peaks Resort and Spa. Thank you so very much for your excellent and honest service. Five Stars+++ to you!

Stayed at the Peaks Resort and Spa for an amazing weekend with friends, and I couldn’t have loved it more! I have to say outstanding treatment & service considering how busy it was!! The girls Laura, Kayleigh, & tenae greeted us so patient & kindly at the front desk. It was a very warm welcoming, & they also provided a lot of helpful information.. 10/10 over all.

The resort was beautiful with great mountain views. The girls at the front desk were very helpful. Katie, Kayleigh and Laura were really friendly and helped my wife and I get better acquainted with the mountain.

Hotel was wonderful and perfectly located. The spa was amazing and the slide in the pool was a nice addition. Ernie did a great job making sure check in was smooth. Tenae was also wonderful giving us good restaurant recommendations in Telluride and Kayleigh and Laura recommended a wonderful place to go sledding. Katie was also wonderful in giving directions! STAFF WAS SO KIND!A great first experience in the snow and skiing overall!

Went there in late January/early February on a solo ski trip over a weekend. The resort is in a great location and offers great ski in and ski out service. The walk to the main lifts isn’t too long and you can also ski down to a beginners area lift. Staff is super friendly, especially Olga. She was helpful in recommending shuttle services when I called after booking and when I arrived she gave me great tips on where to eat and most importantly where to ski. She pulled up a map and said you want to ski here and here, avoid this if you don’t want to hike. Etc. The food offered on the resort was excellent. Blanka at the coffee shop was super friendly and didn’t take her long to memorize my order. A must try is the Pozole they have in the hotel restaurant. It is very authentic and one of the best ones I’ve had in the states. Views are amazing, especially around sunset. They have live music around that time so it’s a lot of fun to grab a class of something to drink and watch the sunset with all the other hotel guests. Only minor downside to the stay is the walls are a bit thin so you can hear a lot but luckily the guest weren’t overly loud Would highly recommend staying here.

Stayed here recently to attend the Corvettes & Colors car show. This is the third time my husband and I have stayed at The Peaks. We brought 7 cars last year and 10 Corvettes this year. The staff at the resort are always accommodating and efficient helping set up a group reservation for us. Thanks to everyone who took care of us from the valets to the room attendants, front desk and restaurant staff. Job well done!

We were so pleased by the service from the Catering Sales Manager - Jo Anne Dima-ala and Banquet Staff -Norm! They prepared over 120 lunches for our group and the presentation was definitely elevated since the last time we hosted an event there in 2019. They truly went above and beyond and our event was perfect!

If you are looking to plan an event at the Peaks in Telluride/Mountain Village - corporate, wedding or special dinner - Jo Anne is your contact! She recently created a seamless breakfast and later a large corporate brunch event (with outdoor Zoom/A/V!) for our real estate team. She was a huge part in making our rebrand as seamless as possible with a coast-to-coast broadcasted event. If you want a professional who is on point and takes care of ALL the details, she is your contact! Her team are pros and you won't fret or miss a beat. We stayed at the hotel for a week and the rooms are expensive for how small they are, but the hotel has an incredible view. We were in the spa and Mariel was very nice, always very happy helping, I went for two days and she took care of me.

Not sure how this place gets away with charging $650-800 per night like a world-class resort. The rooms are dated, sparsely decorated, and quite dark, and the service is poor. Many parts like screen doors and fridges are janky and old. If you book a 'sunset' room, be careful, as they don't all have balconies even though the pictures would lead you to believe they do. There is no A/C, which can be okay if you leave windows open at night... but then some rooms have smaller windows that are screwed shut despite having cranks to open them. Speaking of, these are the most aggravating cranks ever designed so it is very difficult to open them. You can't get any leverage because they are small circular disks. There are very few outlets in the room, none conveniently placed either. The service here is terrible too. The texting-based valet service doesn't work: each time we tried it, we went down to pick up the car 10-15 minutes later and they didn't know we had requested it. When we asked to use a luggage cart as we departed they wouldn't let us take one to our room and instead said someone would deliver it to us very soon... 35 minutes later we juggled everything over multiple trips to get it in our car... meanwhile empty carts sat there. We made one other simple request while there and it took about 45 minutes for someone to help. The valet bay also gets very backed up so if you are just picking up your car for the day and ready to go, you get sandwiched between cars waiting for their owner, getting packed, or getting unpacked. We had reservations at Altezza (good food and killer view!) but two groups arrived right in front of us, one without reservations and one 30 minutes early. These groups were seated without waiting, but when they got to us they asked us to come back in 30 minutes because they were short staffed, causing us to miss the sunset we had been careful to plan around. Telluride lodging can be very expensive, but this is a place I would not come back to because it's nowhere near worth the price.

I popped in the store and was browsing when a group (from AZ) came into the store and refused to wear masks. Despite repeated polite requests from the staff, the group still refused to wear masks. I was nervous and felt uncomfortable, as the staff was only trying to protect the safety and health of shoppers and the staff. A woman from the group returned later to confront the manager. The manager remained calm and professional at all times, I am not sure I would have done the same.
