Jesse and crew were great through the entire process. Angela in the office was very quick to respond to any questions, walking us through the entire process, laying out a timeline. Jesse and crew showed up when they said they would, worked fast and efficient, and got the job done. It’s rare up here in the mountains to find someone that actually does what they say and when they say they will. So it was a nice relief to know that things were moving along and getting done. All of this came in significantly less than what we were quoted. Extra bonus.

I would absolutely not recommend this company. I had hired this company because of their outstanding reviews; unfortunately my experience was different. I hired Earthworks on their Septic Package, which took over 6 months for a simple pit, test and engineered drawings. After being told multiple times the pit would be dug and many delays apparently due to weather it finally was completed about 5 months later. My property faces the south and the snow is gone usually 1 day after it lands.
I do not believe their septic engineer is in house as there was major mistakes and simple questions from the county often took over a week to resolve. Such as making a septic for a 3 bedroom when it was stated to be 4 bedrooms. Communication was lacking on multiple levels from beginning to end.
To top it off the design that was crafted is a design no plumber or installer wants to touch as it requires a specialty license; so in the end I had to get an entirely different design made so I was out the entire $3300. I never write bad reviews but I feel this one was earned. My experience was extremely upsetting and stressful

Our new septic tank was done on time and with quality. They on-site folks were very easy to work with. Rachael in the office is a great communicator and kept us updated every step of the way!

I recently worked with High Performance on a custom home project in Boulder. This was my first experience working with the company. Jesse and all of his crew are very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of there work. The project was clean and completed on schedule. I would definitely recommend High Performance Earthworks for any Excavation project you might have.

Jesse and his team at High Performance Earthworks have been so great to work with once again. They did our septic and retaining walls when we built our home the first time and then have done all the debris removal and foundation prep work for our second build after losing our first home in the Marshall fire. Their work has always been high-quality and the team are just great people to work with. I’d highly recommend them for any earthwork project!

High Performance Earthworks just completed our debris removal and foundation prep with backfilling and grading. This is the second time we’ve used them and appreciated their commitment, communication, and quality of work to the point we recommended them to our whole street. All inspections passed and our builder even commented on how thorough and great of a job they did. We won’t hesitate to use them again!
