Excellent so far. My wife and I both work from home and needed a serious internet solution; Nedernet provided. Local wired connections only offered copper and Starlink's latency is nowhere near acceptable. Not only are we getting high speeds, the latency (often between 20 and 35ms) has been a godsend for online gaming.

I run a business from home, and this internet provider has had devastating consequences for my business because of the constant outages. I think they oversell the service massively, leading to constant updates and lack of service for hours at a time. I don't know because I am not an IT person, but please fix your service. It is terrible.

I lived in town in Nederland for 3 years and Nedernet was the 2nd business I spoke with my first day living there after getting breakfast and coffee at New Moon.If you’re looking for internet service and they cover you, know that having any internet in the mountains is a miracle, and if you have issues then the person helping you will be less than 10 miles away.I’m on my third internet company (centurylink) since moving and I still feel lucky to have experienced the type of person-to-person customer care I received while working with Nedernet.If you’d like some suggestions for mountain internet service providers who are impossible to get ahold of and no call, no show with their install appointments when I took off work to be home for them, I have a list for you. If, instead, you prefer to be treated like a human. .You have options.

It’s clear that Nedernet is attempting to serve more people than the network supports. For the several months I had it, it froze between 7 and 10 pm every single night. Not to mention the week-long outage for no apparent reason, and the regular “overage” charges. It’s 2023. No one is charging for data overages anymore.But the thing that topped it all off was one when employee told me that our address (which we’d been renting for a few moths), had only ever lost nedernet money. So, we should find a new service. We did. Centurylink offered 4x faster internet for $10 less per month. And no overage fees. Switching was a no brainer on a lot of fronts.

Internet in the mountains will never be perfect. Nedernet does a fantastic job communicating whenever there are issues by leaving recorded updates when you call their phone number describing the problem, status, and estimated time of completion. Sometimes I even text with them and am always met with patience.Refreshing to deal with a small utility company who takes pride in professionally servicing their community! Most businesses up here do not.PS To whoever gardened at the shop, the flowers were so lovely this summer!

I am beyond pleased with my internet service. Dave got me in the day I moved, was right in time, and very professional. My internet is better than xfinity in town. My wifi calling works great, even outside of my house, which I was worried about, and I don't need a land line. I am beyond happy. It is much cheaper than other options in the area and a better connection. I would not hesitate at all to recommend the service. Do yourself a favor and set up service with this company.

Terrible customer service. We signed up for the basic package as a backup to our regular service provider. Yesterday our regular ISP went down so we hooked up Nedernet to the router and it did not work. Called them and received 1 call back telling to unplug and then plug it back in. It still did not work. Called them back. Nothing. Called this morning. Nothing. I have notified them via their website that we will cancel if they are not going to fix it. If it doesn't even work as a backup we are not going to pay for it.

We had internet hooked up the other day, and the guy that came to hook it up was amazing! He was super nice, did a fantastic job and made sure all was good before he left. I work from home so good internet is a must, and I’ve had no problems at all. It runs great and keeps up with one person working from home, two teenagers and a husband and all their devices. Nothing but positive reviews from our family! Thanks everyone at Nedernet for your amazing services!!

I use Nedernet for my home, and small business. They have provided great service throughout the years , in a tough mountain location. Pricing is very reasonable, and they are consistently improving our service. Thank you Nedernet team!!!!!!!

The absolute worst internet and customer service I have ever experienced. Don’t answer calls and continue to tell us everything is working fine after weeks of trying to get in touch. We can’t even run ONE Roku without letting it buffer an hour+. Don’t know how you guys have any positive reviews.
