On a cross-USA road trip, our Mazda MPV blew a water pump and we managed to get off the highway and into New Castle where we were connected with Jim at New Castle Garage. He and his team were able to assist us right away, diagnosing the problem and obtaining parts on not one but two occasions in the same day (Jim taking an extra trip to pick up the pump in neighbouring Glenwood Springs), all while still helping their other customers. They were very helpful with assisting us in finding accommodation while there overnight, and we were back on the road the next morning. Big thanks!”

“Amazing service! We were caravaning across the country. My husband had an issue with our Budget truck and car hauler. We booth pulled off to assess the situation. We decided that I would push on to New Castle in my GMC Denali to get food for the kids. While driving, my truck started to make a horrible noise, so I drove to New Castle and found Rieger Performance Motors. I pulled in and explained my situation.
