Jim was great! The site was down and he helped get us set up even though he isn’t open on Saturday. When we had to extend our rental he was helpful and we had no issues. He checked us back in when we dropped off. Really appreciate the excellent customer service!

Jim was very helpful and knows his business well. He's also a mechanic by trade so he doesn't rent you broken trailers or trucks. Highly recommend!
