Will be moving my business accounts elsewhere post BMO change. The customer service at the branch has always been terrible but now it's just unacceptable. User experience during transition from BOW to BMO is abysmal. I've now logged 4.5 hours on hold time and still not able to reach a single person at BMO to help with online credit card issues. I've been transferred to reps that "aren't trained in credit cards" and reps in CANADA. In the end, it hangs up on me every time. They moved all credit cards to an entire unconnected website ~ why?!? Why would you force all your customers to register cards through a change like this? Why aren't your reps trained to assist? Why was your branch employee (female 9/7) unwilling to help me in person? She asserted she was unable to help me because I walked in the phone (on hold with BMO for over an hour) and was rude to me during the entire interaction. Was told she has no manager. Was given a phone number for a "Barbara" she reports to... it just rings and hangs up too. Seriously??

The new manager Scott was un-helpful and unpleasant during our very first communication. Seems like this branch does not know how to retain the great staff members that they have had (noticeable staff turn over in the past 6-8 years). Our family has been a generational customer and after this interaction we will be banking else where. Hopefully another bank entity can move into Niwot and help the long term/Family customers.Poor Service BOW Niwot!

Our family and business have banked here for 17 years. They are so friendly, helpful, and attentive. I missed going in to the bank during the shutdowns, as they are a friendly face in a busy world.

I love being lied to by employees. Someone who is not on my account was able to withdraw money from my personal checking. They said she had my account number which is not possible. And they cant do anything to prevent it from happening again other then being aware she's not on my account. Shouldn't that have been the first thing they did?? If she wasn't on my account why did they let it happen in the first place.

The ATM here wiped out my checking account and didn't dispense anything. When I went in to speak to the manager, she shrugged and suggested I call my bank. No attempt at resolution, no empathy. I have never heard of such a racket and will never be back.

Could not ask for a better banking experience. The crew is friendly, helpful, and patient. They seem to know all clients by first name. They even got my dog water on a hot day! Definitely rank In the top 5 Best Service group I've experienced.
