Office is closed from 5/23/25 to 6/30/25 for renovation. There's a sign on the door, but the voicemail still says open. A little frustrating.

I don’t know why anyone in or near Niwot, Gunbarrel, etc would go anywhere else. Great people, easy in and out, no sweat parking. The dude complaining about “side conversations” needs to chill out and get a grip.

Niwot is the best post office in the area. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I go out of my way to get to Niwot’s post office when I have something to mail!

I haven’t been to a Post Office and had a pleasant and painless visit since I was a child and I’m 30 years old. Every Post Office I’ve visited over the last decade has been absolutely awful with trash service. I and all the way to I'm so happy to report that the Niwot Post Office quite literally couldn’t do a more phenomenal job in terms of the service they provide. I’ve lived in so many places over the last 15 years and have frequented many Post Offices. Everyone of those Post Offices that I’ve gone to regardless of the time or day of the week that I choose to visit there is a line out the door, they’re understaffed and the employees have been very rude, unprofessional, and it was clear they hated their job. The people at the Niwot Post Office were so chipper, upbeat, kind, friendly and professional; I was literally in and out within less than 2-3 minutes. I’m sitting in the parking lot to write this review now so that I don’t forget because that’s how impressed I’ve been with the service. I’ve watched sooooo many people walk in and out with packages, letters, etc and come right back out in 5 minutes or less. The Niwot Post Office needs to be sent out to train the employees at all the other Post Offices in this country lol. Seriously, I never thought I could be this happy leaving a Post Office ?

Poor service. Lots of side conversations before helping next customer and she made me take off the scan at acceptance barcode that the Postal Service employee accepting the shipment must scan at the time the mail is collected. Now I'm not sure if the package will be received correctly. Seems like they need a better understanding of their own labels. She kept saying it would end up back at my house but that would be a different label entirely.

Extremely poor customer service. I expected more from a small town PO, they seemed more interested in their side conversation than helping their customers.

I drive 25 minutes from Erie just to mail important items through this PO.I do not take this competent and very friendly station for granted! They are the Best! Thank you to all of the workers who do such a great job!It's much appreciated ?!

I never experienced customer service like this in my life, I come to this location atleast twice a month and have never had this great of an experience! Shunna was absolutely amazing, she is so pleasant knowledgeable and efficient.She even gave me a compliment which is very small to some but means so much to me.I hope her boss sees this because she is truly a gift to this location.
