“They got my cat whom had abscess in the same day I called and fixed him up within 90 minutes. They didn't try to overprice me and his wound cleaning itself was free. They also have free first exams, so if it's your first time you'll be getting a good deal. The doctor was very realistic and got straight to the point. No time was wasted to take care of my kitty. They'll also give you good references to other places if needed. My cat was very happy and his quality of life was immediately improved. Highly recommend. There not too expensive, but not low cost either. Very experienced, very accommodating. Dr. Christ I believe has a gift for kitties, according to my own experience and other reviews. Front desk staff was also very helpful over the phone.”
“We had previously been taking our dog to a different veterinary hospital and veterinarian for his routine care. When our dog, who was a super senior, developed a more complex health issue, however, it became clear that they were unsure how to proceed, so we sought a second opinion from Family Pet Hospital, and we are so grateful we did.
We worked with Dr. Molly Abernathy, who was a 10/10 professional. She was compassionate, knowledgeable, and exceptionally competent in her care for our dog. The support staff was also incredibly professional, kind, and supportive.
Unfortunately, our dog's illness ultimately led us to the difficult decision to euthanize him, but Dr. Abernathy helped us reach that decision with the information and clarity we needed through efficient, appropriate diagnostics, while ensuring that he did not experience prolonged or unnecessary suffering and distress. When the time came to say goodbye to our best friend, she provided exceptional care, and made the experience as peaceful and dignified as possible.
We are very appreciative of Dr. Abernathy and everyone at Family Pet Hospital during this final chapter of Buster's life. Moving forward, any other animals we are fortunate enough to share our lives with will be seeing Dr. Abernathy for their veterinary care.”
“I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate the compassion Victoria showed when I called their office to ask for help.
I had my 16 year old cat pass away unexpectedly while I was in the area and did not have a vet to help me.
I called them and they immediately offered to arrange for the creamation of my pet, even on short notice and very close to closing time for their office.
Victoria was so compassionate and caring and showed me such compassion at a very difficult time.
I feel very lucky that I was able to visit this vet and especially for Victoria's help during a very difficult time.
I would highly recommend this vet.”

“I had a great experience this morning at Pet Menders. I needed to get my dog in somewhat urgently for an ultrasound and they got me in within 2 hours for 1/3 of the cost that the emergency clinic had quoted me. The doctor was kind, informative, and thorough. He also helped talk me through all the options for making a very difficult decision. All of the staff I interacted with were very nice and organized as well. I had a really great experience all around at this clinic in a difficult moment. Thank you pet menders!”
“I'm writing this review a little late but I thought it was more relevant in my case to speak of long term results. Grace, my very athletic Foxhound mix blew out her knee while playing. She was still young enough to where surgery was an option. Dr Peila explained the procedure and follow up for a plate in her knee. Not an inexpensive surgery- but they helped us to secure some financing options for it. I'm so glad we had this done. My dog has recovered 100%. It has been two years now and she has a quality of life she would have without Dr. Peila's help. GOOD JOB TEAM!”
“We went in thinking we were going to have to put our elderly cat down. She was struggling. With the knowledge and care of Dr. Brockmann and her team, they quickly figured out what was wrong with our little kitty. They kept her for a few hours, resolved the issue and we were able to bring her home!!! I highly recommend Boulder's Natural Animal.”

“The best vet I have even been to. Genuinely caring, compassionate, and good people. Emily is the best vet tech in the world! Dr. Blum brings both eastern and western medicine perspectives which is so so rare and valuable. He never makes you feel rushed and spends a lot of time making sure you’re heard. He gets on the floor with the dogs to make them more comfortable. Every part of the experience is catered to your animals needs and your preferences/comfort level. I’ve been to so many vets that take my anxious dogs into another room and I never know what’s happening. They did an amazing job taking care of my high-needs dogs under anesthesia for a cleaning and extractions. It removed so much of my own anxiety having to send them in for this procedure and they kept me updated all day long. Their prices are also reasonable compared to many other vets around here. Highly recommend! Bring your pets here!”
“Goodness where to I begin my puppy has been and out of the vet, almost her whole life, and she has struggled with so much trying to figure it out and maintain and I was told to come to this place that they are really good and boy did they sure make me feel better on my concern for my Haven Reign ! When I first called I spoke with Phoebe and she was so helpful and so sweet on the phone every time I’ve called which I have numerous times before my appointment and answered all my questions . Plus she mentioned looking online for a coupon and I got one which helped out a lot so thank her for that !! The two receptionist were also sweet ladies and cheerful and nothing but, nice words to say about my Haven . So thank you Lize and Leslie 🫶 Now McKenzie, the tech was wonderful she answered all my questions and was so helpful about my situation and was just concerned if I had any questions or anything they could do to help more with my puppy.. Dr. Khalsa was very friendly and knowledgeable of what we were talking about with my baby and her concern for her and what’s best for her ! Over all everyone here made me feel better and I’m glad for that because it’s literally been over a year battle with my puppy trying to get her all figured out. I highly recommend people to come to this place not only does it have good feeling vibes in there it’s clean. It smells good and did I mention the vibes lol they also offer candy thanks again to you ALL! And they are now Haven’s vet thanks to Makenzie ♥”
“Best vet in Longmont! The care our animals received from every single employee here is amazing. You can tell that they're really looking out for the best interest of your pet above all things. We sadly had to put two of our dogs down recently, due to their failing health due to their age. The first one was planned and the doctor and vet tech came to our house and the entire experience was beautiful and what you would hope for your fur baby's last moment. Our sweet boy dog needed to be euthanized in an emergency, following a 9 min seizure, and they got us in right away and helped him pass comfortably. It was such a a difficult situation, but even the doctor teared up. You can truly tell they all really care about you and your pet. Not to mention their prices are super reasonable and they don't try to push unnecessary products or tests on you. You can't go wrong choosing them as your vet!”

“Dr Duncan is competent. Coming from a super-critical dude like me, that's high praise. I brought my sick kitty there, expressed my sense of urgency, and I got in the same day. An x-ray revealed a mass in the lung. Dr was uncertain what was going on, and engaged a specialist. Once a firm diagnosis occurred, she prescribed the right treatment. This is high competence. Vet care seems expensive in 2024, and without getting into an economic tirade, the bottom line is if you want an educated competent Doc with staff, an office and tech equipment to be there the next time you need them, you're gonna have to pay a living wage. For my part, it's time to look into pre-paid insurance plans. I will be returning to Dr Duncan and her Clinic.”
