“I am responding to Emily L 1 star review of Dec 2023. This woman blasted this veterinarian all over next door and basically tried to destroy his reputation, encouraging others to help close his practice. I think that is really awful considering this is a wholistic vet and this woman brought her animals there for vaccinations. Did she not research the practice first? Seriously? I do not appreciate others trying to destroy a person because they, themselves screwed up. NOT right on so many levels. I am not anti-vax, I am pro-choice and pro- reasonableness. Emily needs to grow up and accept responsibility for her actions.”

“I had been wanting to come and leave a review for a while but the whole situation surrounding putting down our beloved Yorkie and old baby of 17 years has been weighing heavily on me. Today I received a very nice card in the mail from the Blue Pearl team expressing their condolences for our loss. I thought that was really sweet and the experience in office was wonderful (because they are good at what they do, obviously the situation itself sucked). Everyone that I interacted with was very kind and well suited for the difficult job that they perform; a very thoughtful, patient and knowledgeable group of people. The company that they work with that does the actual cremations also did a very nice job. Attached are pictures of our dog's ashes when we got them back.”

A year ago we moved back to Boulder with Geordi. When he got sick recently, Dr. Luegers has been incredible! “I have been to Longmont Small Animal Hospital first for urgent care care for my 6 mo. old puppy and then to establish regular care for her. My experiences have been outstanding. The care and concern they gave my pup was the best. They have gone out of their way to provide care, referrals as needed, and to follow up with her (unfortunate) hip dysplasia issues. She will need lifetime treatments and they have shown to truly be the greatest resource and I know with their guidance my puppy will be well taken care of and loved beyond belief!”
“They had me bring my boy Zeus in for a "Happy Visit" before his actual appointment. I had Zeus neutered last year at another vet and they literally traumatized him. He loved car rides but since he was traumatized he still wants to go but has so much anxiety he makes himself sick. So the happy visit was to get his weight and for him to see it's a safe place and medication to help relax him for his actual appointment. The staff here is simply outstanding!! They are kind, understanding and caring and truly want Zeus to have the best experience possible there. Today Zeus goes in for his shots and year exam and I know he will be in the best hands. Did I mention Zeus is a Cane Corso, aka an Italian Mastiff and his size didn't faze them at all, they just cared about him being ok being there. So far I'm a huge fan!! Thank you for being so amazing!! UPDATE: I am so happy with how Zeus's appointment went. Zeus was muzzled as he has some fear aggression from the place I took him to be neutered, Clay (the vet tech) was not a bit afraid of Zeus and did everything so perfectly, in fact they took pictures of themselves cuddling with Zeus which made me cry tears of relief. The vet Dr Vespa was able to draw his blood, look at his teeth, check his ears and eyes and give him a clean bill of health. My boy is my world and seeing how special they treated him and genuinely care about making his visit a positive one for him, meant more than words can express. I highly recommend Boulder Veterinary Hospital, they truly love our fur babies and it shows from check in to check out and everything in between. Thank you so much❣️”

“Left Hand is an incredible institution. We were referred to LHAH after our Aussie, Appa, could no longer tolerate a vet visit after a few rough emergency room visits. The staff has been incredibly patient and dedicated to our dog. When we first visited, he was terrified of the vet, wouldn't let anyone touch him, couldn't calm down and relax, and wouldn't even get on the scale.The staff were incredibly patient and compassionate and worked with Appa, and myself, through consistent happy visits. Devra has been absolutely incredible in her creative solutions, and her perseverance through Appa's ups and downs, always believing in him. I'm happy to say that now Appa has way less fear at the vet, tolerates exams much better, is a total pro at jumping on the scale.In December we had to go through a sedation to get him all caught up with his vaccines, but he was able to tolerate a follow-up shot four weeks later on a chill protocol like a total champion. This is worlds better than where he was just 6 months prior, and we are so thankful for all the dedication Devra, Ashley, and so many others!!”
