Beautiful Menu with 4 options (each) for Pedi & Mani. Came with my husband & kiddo (12 year-old) for family pedi day! Menus prices are the best in town. Service is amazing. Sanitation is pristine.

Usually I cone here to get my nails done and would say that customer service here needs to be fixed. When the owner of the establishment is here he does an amazing job managing his employees and making sure everyone is helped in a timely order. However when its the other guy managing the store he absolutely sucks, not only does he not pay attention to the services you need but the employees here are slow and do not care about what you want. He is also very rude and when you ask something from him he tends to roll his eyes and seems very unenthusiastic that he has to do his Job. Today I came in with my mom sister and niece, for 4 pedicures and 1 full set. They lead us to the chairs and we expected someone to do our pedicures, no, it took over 30 minutes just to get serviced and for someone to do their job. Not only that but for my set I got SHORT nails with a classic design, the nail teach (who is not my regular) tried to over charge me for my nails when usually it's $65 - 70. Are you kidding me?! Worst service experienced with this manager so far, please find someone else to manage this place because the 2nd guy sucks!

Went in for a pedicure, felt like I had a ingrown and the lady who did my toes did a horrible job trying to remove my ingrown that she made it worse & ended up going a week after to the doctor to get my toe nail removed because she did the ingrown wrong

I called before I came because I had an appointment and needed to make sure I could fit it in. The guy was like, yeah sure no problem. I go in and I sat for 40 minutes with my feet in water before someone came to service. The whole time the same guy that told me yeah come on in, twacked out of his mind walking around scrolling on his phone, Kept saying oh yeah oh yeah, they’re coming. But he wasn’t servicing anyone. Pedicure was very rough. She cut my cuticles that bled twice. When I asked her to clean up the polish off my cuticles, she got an attitude. I still tipped 50% per usual. BS don’t go to this place.

I have been coming here for the past two years and it has always been OK, the reason I kept coming back was convince (1 minute from my home) these past three times have been really bad. They do not remove your acrylics properly. She will grab a nail tip and snap them off, damaging your nail bed and they are just fast paced, but not in a good way and another occasion the nail “tech” stopped in the middle of my set because she did not want to do the design I had asked for…. I have so many bad experiences here. Please don’t waste your time or money because they are charging ridiculous prices for crap service and experience. Go to Contempo Nails Plus - 13579 Grant St, Thornton, CO 80241, United States they are awesome!
