My experience with Northglenn Aamco was nothing less than awesome. To Mark and Joel, and everyone else who worked so hard to repair my transmission, hats off! The process was very transparent and upfront. They only replaced what was needed with OEM parts. It wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for. My car is high a performance 2018 Ford with an automatic and it's fun to drive it again. Feels like new! Thanks again guys! Great job! ? Highly recommend!

I brought my car in for what I thought was a new transmission, but to my delight was only a broken seal. Mark and his team did a fantastic job diagnosing and repairing my car! They saved my vehicle and they saved me money!

We took our car to get it diagnosed for a transmission leak. Mark called towards the end of the day telling us we need a couple hundred dollars in parts in order for him to even determine what the problem was with the transmission. We told him that we'd like to get a second opinion and when we went to pick up the vehicle the next morning ask where we check the transmission fluid. His response was, "I don't know." When I asked how we would know whether the transmission fluid level was sufficient to drive the vehicle his response was, "Check your manual."
Sooooooo glad we decided to get a second opinion as these guys obviously don't know what they're doing. Or, if they do, they're just more willing to jerk around someone who might be a potential customer?
We'd recommend you keep looking if you're thinking of stopping here.
Update: Anthony at O'Reilly was FAR more help than Mark. He got us set with the proper fluid after answering some basic questions we had and was real friendly to boot!
With the dirt level on the transmission fluid cap, seems we're the first to have checked it in a while... Just sayin'. ?
Update 2: Owner Joe called. Good points for his quick attention. We're considering how to update the review based on his inputs. It's a big bag of stuff to consider.???
Update 3: Still considering the ethics and inputs from AAMCO in Northglenn. We made it home all the way to Northern Minnesota without issues - car driving great though still leaking fluid. We'll be taking it to our mechanic here for further diagnosis. Then we'll consider another update to this review.

Mark and the team at AAMCO Northglenn handled my challenging insurance claim with USAA superbly. AAMCO serviced my vehicle quickly and were always kind to me despite the fact that it took USAA nearly a year to resolve my claim.
