I never would have thought that talking to an insurance agent would enjoyable until I talked with Michelle. She was knowledgeable about what could be offered and gave me multiple options to suit my needs. I'm in disbelief over how much time Michelle spent listening about my specific circumstance, and was patient with re-explaining details until I was crystal clear in my understanding. The coverage and rates she offered where by far the best I've found. Not only was Michelle knowledgeable and patient, she was warm and compassionate. The perfect example of what customer service should be. I'm incredibly impressed! I give her 15 out of 5 stars.

Called for clarification on an increase in my monthly bill and Klayton helped clarify the differences along with recommendation for a policy that would save me money. All in all, he quickly resolved my issue and saved me $30 a month moving forward. Insurance isn’t fun, but you need it and Klayton made it less painful for me. Thank you Klayton!

I was fortunate to get to have Klayton Benbow handle my change over from LamEsurance to State Farm. We have 5 cars and 4 drivers including a teenager. The call lasted 1.5 hours where he patiently answered all my ridiculous questions, listened to my solutions for all the worlds problems, complain about my teenager not being able to move out after HS like we did in 1905 (lol), all while getting me a quote for cars and the house. In the end, he came in $800 less per year then LamEsurance. Exceptional professionalism at a time where that is a rarity.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!!! We switched to Adams office from another State Farm office and was told the level of service would be much better, this has been by far the worst experience we have had.
We have over 17 vehicles with Adams office and we are treated with nothing but disrespect, blatant false information and constant neglect when we had questions and concerns. We gave Adams office every chance to fix these issues and they refused to help at all. Are bills are always messed up with the wrong coverage and amounts.
Several times we have set up new vehicles through Adams office and we receive confirmation of insurance, just to find out later that there was never any insurance on the vehicle. That is a HUGE liability!!! This office continues to drop the ball over and over again.

I have been a customer of Adam Bird for close to twenty years. Recently I reached out to Geneva for an issue with my mortgage company and a refund check.
