Awful place. The staff will force you to get retinal imaging regardless of your insurance covering it or not. They won't even warn you like they use to, they just do it to charge you. The people will try to upsell you on frames. The WIFI is so slow that the computes take forever to load, most of the time waiting is on the computer. Would not recommend.

went there last week to get my new contact prescription, the eye doctor was really nice, but the woman who helped me upfront was extremely rude. and i just called to try and get an update on my contacts and hopefully try to find out when they’d be in and the woman who picked the phone up was very rude and hung up on me while i was in the middle of asking another question.

I've never had a bad experience with America's best until recently.. I have nothing bad to say about the Dr but the staff is rude and unprofessional. The girl was so clueless on helping me I had to make 2 transactions like hello if the dr gives you a new prescription obviously I need glasses si she only charged me for my exam. I'm like um so when do I get my glasses she was like oh I didn't know you wanted your new prescription. Now I get a call that I need to pick new frames because they couldn't get my prescription on frames. I don't have time to wait another two weeks for new glasses

Save your money and absolutely find somewhere else to go! This has been the worst experience I have had anywhere. I’ve now been waiting over month for my new glasses.They took 2 weeks to come in but when I went to get them the lady chipped my lenses. Then she asked me if I wanted to keep them. (Who wants to keep chipped glasses after paying for new ones?)After talking to another person there they agreed to send them to my house since I had just moved out of state. She even got my new address and reassured me that they’d be sent to my new address.Now I just got a text saying they came in and to come pick them up. I now live 9 hours away and will have to wait AGAIN for them to send them to the correct address. Maybe I’ll get them by next year.This has just been my experience trying to get my glasses. Don’t even get me started on the customer service I experienced in the store.

Made an appointment yesterday, arrived at the prescribed time today to find they lost the appointment. No accountability or responsibility for the mistake (let alone my hour and a half off work), could make an appointment for 3 days later. Otherwise "sorry for your frustration, that's all we can do" aka: let's place the burden of our mistakes on the consumer. Starting to sound like a broken record.

This location has been so helpful! I used to go to a different big box chain, but then I had a terrible experience with the store across the street. It prompted me to look elsewhere, which I never do. I'm a creature of habit. ? The people here have all been great. Doctors are patient with my million questions. Sales reps always save me money... which only prompts me to spend more, so congrats on playing the game. ? The front desk personnel are always willing to clean and adjust my glasses. The manager seems super knowledgeable and so is her staff. Of all the accolades, Alissa is even better. Kind, polite and professional. She listens to my ramblings and fixes my glasses with a smile on her face. ? That's a special skill because I'm a pretty boring guy.

Everything went very well until I got paired up with Isabella to order contacts. I was just trying to understand the confusion with my insurance, and she was very very rude and impatient with me.

There Is a reason why this place has mostly one star reviews, they suck. should’ve looked before I got myself into this. They did my lenses twice and they were wrong both times and waiting times are ridiculous. 10 days to cut lenses? And then another 10 days wait for the second pair of lenses that were still messed up. Don’t waste your time here.

The prices are good but someone changed my appointment to a earlier time. Then canceled my appointment cause I didn't show up. I called them and they said we don't take appointment at 5:30. I wouldn't make an appointment at 4:30, I'm still working. I have text and email stating 5:35. That is so unprofessional and they didn't care. I've been waiting for that appointment. I don't think I'll return to that one. That's not the way you should run a business.

They were very rude & inconsiderate. I have a learning disability & they refused to explain anything. The lady waiting on us barely spoke English & 2 weeks later they sent us an email saying my glasses were in on a Friday. When we showed up on Monday-they claimed they didn't know who we are,insisted that I'm not at all in the system & said the email receipt we had was a mistake. Somebody who actually spoke English soon overheard,& came over. They started rifling through drawers,& soon found glasses that they said were mine. They looked like mine-but the prescription made me see worse. They refused to help us,& basically walked away.

Alissa was extremely helpful when my glasses were bent to hell. She straightened them enough and ordered replacement. She assured me and confirmed the new pair will be under warranty.A bad day is better now.Thank you Alissa.

This is AMERICA'S WORST.The entire debaucle I have experienced at this location is beyond ridiculous. From the nasty Hispanic women working there initially, to the fact they never shipped my eyeglasses TWICE after I called them ten times, the fact that they sent two of the same pair of glasses in same frame, they have no management, they are RUDE, would not provide me the spelling of their names so I could complain to anyone, and now the glasses I got just two weeks ago, the screw already fell out right before an important Webinar that I NEEDED glasses for. Remember it's AMERICA'S WORST......they are a terrible business model and I can't believe anyone would EVER go back.... horrible horrible horrible .........

When I first visited I wasn't happy with the service nor the glasses I got. But when I went back. The manager Josephine was so helpful. She allowed me to exchange both pairs of glasses I had purchased and helped me pick frames that I liked much better. She was very patient and kind. As long as she is there I am happy to come back to this location.

Weird "Mean Girls" vibe when you walk in. It looks and feels more like a snobby nail salon. Staff was relatively rude and unhelpful. You absolutely know they were talking about you when you left.
