Worst service center. They messed up my truck. I ran my truck with no oil in it because of a mistake their people made when I took it on to get it serviced. Now my truck that I bought new isn’t running like it’s suppose to. I also had to replace a blown tire because they over filled my tires. Now I have to go through the hassle of getting lawyers. The service manager is the worst and tries to make you feel small like you don’t know what you’re talking about. She should not be in charge of anything.

Anthony was a great sales rep. He went above and beyond to get us a car. They didn't have the model or color we wanted but Anthony found us the perfect new car. So far, our experience with service hadnyy been great. Need to give that a bit more time.

just nowNEWI had such a great experience here. I bought my end of lease car and Kaylee made it super easy on me & was very helpful. Jennifer also was super knowledgeable and helped me understand the process of buying my first car. I can't thank them enough!! They also fixed a recall that was on my car super fast

Bought a brand new car and also had a trade-in -- and literally EVERYONE was so nice and helpful and really took great care of me. Couldn't appreciate it more when buying and trading a car is stressful enough on its own. They gave me top dollar for my trade and didn't try and price gauge me off the bat for the new car (I did my research prior). Very happy with my purchase!!

Pretty good service and honestly good my car was fine and they told me everything wasn't going brakes too so. They do charge a small fortune to get new brakes and maintenance is higher than others so save ur money if u buy Hyundai but they r more reliable than American in my experience. Hate that true made in America my Santa Fe. Ok

I have never been so utterly impressed. I spent all day shopping for a new car and was deflated after being spoke down to. As a woman looking for a new car, I'd assume it would have some difficulties but it was defeating. I remember a dealership I drive past frequently. My coworker went in and got a beautiful palisade. I was looking for a ID4 all day before I gave up to go see a hybrid SUV from Hyundai. I walk in and get paired up to work with Adison. Her customer service was on another level. She was beyond attentive and helpful. She was patient with me as I navigated what I wanted with no clue. Then, I turned and saw the ID4 in the line up facing the street. I immediately sat in it with her and knew it was the ONE. I was treated respectfully by every single person on staff. I am thankful and happy to have popped in that day. It's even Lily approved

The trunk to my hyundai sonata was stuck closed…after visiting 2 other garages and being told that they couldn’t do anything for me, I thought I’d visit the dealership. Mike from service and Jordan in the garage jumped right on it and saved the day. I just needed to get my things out of the trunk but they decided to replace the part, too! This could have been a much more stressful situation and they reassured me and fixed my problem. HIGHLY recommend this location. Everyone is friendly and skilled. Thank you again - I will be coming here for all my future car needs.

4 days in the shop and $588 in labor costs to replace spark plugs! Spark plugs! Don't believe me? Look at the photo.Service was so bad, I will not buy Hyundai anymore. I am floored.

First off let me say that Addison was simply the best. Out of the 5 times I've bought a car from Hyundai, this time has been the easiest. If you are looking for a someone who will go the extra mile and provide excellent customer service, I highly urge you to ask for her.Jennifer and Kaylee made the financing portion swift and pain free. I can not explain how welcoming and professional all these ladies are. If you are looking for a new car, definitely gives these lady's a shout out!

Terrible customer service. I asked to test drive a car and Z acted like I was bothering him. After testing one car he didn't even to help me look at other cars. I will never go back after that experience.

I took my 2022 Hyundai Tuscon in for normal service and was told they needed to order a part under warranty and would call me when it was in. 3 weeks later I called and it was in but they sent it back. they would order again and call me. 3 weeks later I had to call again. it was in but now they couldn't get it in for service for 3 weeks. today was the day! and yet after leaving my car there all day I had to call and find out they ordered the wrong side. like are you kidding me? This is the second time in 16 months of new Hyundai ownership at this Hyundai. First tome was gasket around a window. Wouldn't count on this Hyundai for anything right the first time.

Smooth, efficient car purchase experience. I walked in knowing which car model I wanted, and Desmin and Jennifer helped me find a great deal. I greatly appreciated the openness and transparency during the whole process, especially compared to what I've seen at other car dealerships.

This 5 star review, actually, is for the gentleman Brandon at this location who has helped me out two different times. He has been very helpful and honest about what needs to be repaired. Not only that but he has been very helpful in suggestions too when it comes to getting my car fixed. I truly appreciate the honesty more then anything because a lot of times places likes to rip you off for a lot of money for their benefit. Thank you so much despite my stressful day here. I look forward to seeing you on my next maintenance.
