“Ginger” was very helpful! I was assisted by some else initially and they gave me the wrong part for my car. I was kind of upset about it, but he was able to smooth out the situation and made sure I was taken care of! Awesome customer service and deescalation skills! Looked like a young kid. But he should be a manager! Thanks buddy for the great experience! I’ll definitely be coming back!

I used to love the store and they had competent people working seems like they hire any young kid that doesn't know how to change a damn light or nose with a battery is. Going to the store is a joke

Online said they had the part, but the store did not. They were so few employees working, and so many people waiting in line, that multiple people were just running out of the store with their items without paying rather than wait.

Business hours states they close at 12AM. I was turned away because the manager was to lazy and didn’t want to help me. Told me he had a line. No customer service skills or courtesy to even ask what I needed. FYI ALL I NEED WAS SOME TAPE THAT WOULD TAKEN LESS THEN 2 MIN. Good business practice is you take all customers that are in your store prior to time posted for closing. If you to lazy to help get a different job or change your hours. To think that if someone is coming to your store at 11:45pm it’s probably for a good reason. Staff needs training or should be replaced.

Went in ordered pats before and no problem. This time it's not here and when we called in talked to a real helpful person told me to call back if not here by 7pm. So I did and told something else till he got back on phone but then they put me permanently hold. Not cool.
