Liz is the most unprofessional owner of a business I have ever encountered. I made a reservation last night at 730pm to pick up today 3/6/24 at 730am. I arrive late to this avis location at 830am. I walk in the owner says she has no vehicles for me, and I need to pay additional $40 a day to upgrade vehicle on top of my $47 a day rate. I tell her that is unacceptable asked her why she didn’t call me first thing this morning to inform me there no vehicle at this location. She said I was busy with other customers I am all by myself and I didn’t have time. Then refused to return my money because I prepaid, refuse to give me her name or supervisor info claiming she’s the owner. I was forced to take a Uber back home and told by Liz that she only helps customers who are nicer!I cannot believe that I am being treated this way after I barely got a ride to pick up the rental car I have a knee and ankle injury and had to Uber home. I will never use this company again

Adam was very helpful to exchange my electric car - supposed to be hybrid but at Denver airport they gave me only electric. Please rental of electric cars don’t make any sense especially during winter time!!!I called few places for help and Adam was the one who agreed to help me. Really nice service. Thank you Adam so much for all your help .

Canceled reservations I had made 3 weeks in advance for Christmas week 3 hours before pickup with no replacement. Completely left us stranded. Cannot recommend.

This Business Sucks by booking a car for rent with None Available when you show up. Renters Beware when dealing with this Business. No Way to Treat a Retired Military Veteran - But Great at providing Apologies to Cover Their Errors. Don't do business with this Avis on 104th. Worthy of a One Star Rating because the doors are still Open.

me and my son rented a car from here we went to 3 enterprises after being told they have a rental available and they didn’t this place took us in and had 3 cars ready we got a white 2021 jeep sarah for 3 days she was beautiful i fell in love was sad to bring her back but my car was ready to get picked up from shop early this will be my go to rental place they have beautiful vehicles at affordable prices highly recommend ?amy was great me and my son will continue to rent from here for now on out??

Returned my rental right at closing on Wednesday, and agent was still outside cleaning up but door was locked. Actually spoke to the agent as I was told I parked the car in the wrong spot (I parked as close as possible to the branch). I moved the car for her and followed the after hours rental return instructions posted on the door but the office didn’t process the return until Friday morning, costing me a whole extra day plus in rental fees. Tried to call this local branch several times to discuss, but couldn’t get through. An agent at the national call center was able to help, but this was an extra 40 min of time I had to spend to rectify this issue. How can a car be on your lot for over 36 hours before the return is processed?I’m giving this 2 stars only because the agent when I picked up was good and the agent at the call center rectified the issue. I will however, never rent from this location again.

The service was not good. They put me in a car that had defective tires. The tires could have blew on the highway. They did not maintain their cars. They switched out my rental and I waited 5 hours for a tow and two hours back to the airport to switch out the car. My trip was delayed and three extra nights in a hotel.

Adam Armstrong helped my dad with the rental car process and had great over the top customer service. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a rental car. Thank you for having great customer service for the new year!

Rented a car, guy was nice. He Implied the need to "clean" the inside of the car upon return. (Never had been asked this by a rental provider) Which I did to avoid potential fees, vacuumed the sand from the road (snowing in denver). Wiped some things down. Overall very average experience. I'd probably rent out of Dia next time.

I wanted to extend my rental so I visited this avis branch. the whole thing was quick and easy. the guy at the desk Adam was friendly and helpful. I was quite happy and recommend it.

Rented a car from here, right front door wont lock. 1/2 way to Wyoming. Stopped at a dealership, they said they could fix it. Called the customer service line, 27 minutes on hold. Answered by agent. Explain the situation. No assistance, no ability to help. Wont pay dealer to fix door lock issue or even start a claim or anything. Agent said "if you dont like the car, return the car to the desk and get a new car, we dont handle repairs in this manner." Ok... I'm 1/2 way to Wyoming and I don't want to turn back. Car wont lock, unsafe. Will finish my journey and never rent a car here again. Would have been an easy repair, dealer was ready to perform right front door lock repair but no authorization was given. Feels like a missed opportunity to fix an error they made in giving me a faulty car in the first place. It falls on me entirely to get your issue fixed? Weak.

WOW! I just received the best service from Adam! There was a situation where I had to get my car exchanged and we were in a family vacation so I was concerned of the time it would take for changeovers. NO WORRIES here! He had us in our new call in less than 10 minutes!The entire family thanks Avis for the great customer service, compassion and professionalism! Also, was told about Red Rocks so we’re heading there now!
