“I didn't shop here, or buy batteries. But I did pull into their parking lot to start cleaning up my 6 year old who vomitted in the car in the middle of highway 36 as it's right off the exit. One of the staff members there came out and offered us to come in through the back door and use their restroom to get cleaned up and found plastic bags for us for her clothes, etc. This was a small kindness, but meant a lot to us to help deal with a hard situation. So I don't know about their batteries, but I do know they're decent people! Thanks for help!”
“Fantastic experience at the O'Reilly Auto Parts in Broomfield. I had a difficult time selecting the right equipment to push out a challenging bushing and not only did we find it, but Noah and Brittany and helped me to free a set of bushings that were taking forever to remove. Great dedicated team to solving customer issues! So glad I came to this location as I have gone to other stores and they just help with the basics.
Noah definitely showed hs skillsets trying to find multiple avenues to try in removing them, so grateful for his and Brittany's help! “Hi All, terrible day, my honey has cancer we live going to the hospital. My car wouldn't start. I went to our Cherrywood park OREILLY store, they tested my battery, cleaned it and seemed ok. Had to stop before going to the hospital. No, it was the battery. Nicole not only handled my melt down of panic but replaced my battery which was about to crash, yes, it was ready to pop. But made me not feel bad and was so so kind. Yes, it was under warranty. So this whole mess didn't cost me anything. Nicole and the manager are awesome. Thank you for your kindness.”

“I have to admit that I was very skeptical at first. After taking my 2011 Ford F-350 to the Ford Dealership to see why the factory remote start did not work right and pointed out the key fobs might be bad, they had the unit for three days and then said they had to order key fobs, I then got my truck and took it to my local Batteries Plus and the clerk was great, I got two new Fobs and the programming and an hour later everything worked perfect! I was very impressed and satisfied.”
“A mistake was made by an employee and I was given the wrong part despite my concerns. I went back the next day and Joseph assisted me and addressed my concerns. If it wouldn't have been for Joseph I would've given 2 or 3 stars. He listened and then actually understood what I was saying.”

“These guys are amazing. I have had a commercial account for over 20 years with them. I was broke down in my service truck on i76. I was out there in 85 degree weather for 3 hours trying to get fixed. I called for part and delivery and asked to bring water to drink , and within an hour I had part and got going in 30 minutes .. they went above and beyond for me.
