Took our modified car into the car wash asked if it would be ok. The worker said it would be safe cracked my front bumper and lip splitter due to my car being low we addressed that to the worker before going through. The damage was done after the wash, we reported it did a damage report and still have not heard back from management or follow up from high up definitely disappointed.

I honestly was not impressed. I bought the $16 car wash that had a presoak(which was just for 30 seconds before entering the car wash) there were still bugs and smudges all over my car. That car was was also supposed to include a tire shine when I touched my rim my finger still came off black. Was not impressed with the vacuums power and how they only had one with the wider head, so it couldn't get into any smaller places. I left and went to another car wash and cleaned it myself. Was definitely a waste of $16. When I looked at other cars that had gone through I saw smudges and bugs still on their car too. Shouldn't have to spend another 15mins cleaning the outside of my car!

I don't know if it's new management this place used to be great. They've changed hours to open at 8 instead of 7 and it's now 8:22 and the car wash still isn't available. Poor management!

Update: Take5 replied to my comment, but I left a voicemail 2 weeks ago, and sent an email a week ago AND THEY HAVE NOT REPLIED OR CALLED BACK!An employee broke my rear windshield wiper during their prewash application. Two months later and I have yet to receive compensation for replacement. I have been in weekly to try to catch a manager. I have left my contact info and pictures of the damage and receipt. The last time I went in (8/4), they said they would credit my credit card on file, but after 2 weeks, no credit has been applied. Their detail center rags are spoiled and smell disgusting. The last time I went (8/13) , the spot free rinse wasn’t working and I had to hand wash to get the soap off. Potential is there, but there are a lot of issues with this location.

I recently moved back to Northglenn Colorado from Georgia. I used to use this carwash for years before it became Take 5. It definitely needs a complete makeover and upgrade on the carwash itself. Vacuum's are decent but that's it. Not happy at all. Goggle Sparkle Express in Georgia and take notes.

I have been going here for a few years it's a good wash and reasonablely priced! The employees are always ? too! They have good vacuums and towels with glass and interior cleaner! Automatic mat washer too! The membership is very reasonable too! The Manager waited on me today and he was pretty on top of things!

Other locations seem to be more engaged and intentional. Went through 2 times and my windshield still wasn't clean... on the 2nd time through there was less effort with the pre-brush. Maybe you'll have a better experience, but I'll stick to the other locations. Will not be back.

This used to be the car wash that we would go to however, over the years, the quality has not been the same. We went today and we paid for the $22 car wash and as we go through, we noticed there were no soap/car wash detergent dispensed. We parked and walked inside the office, the manager isn’t there but there are 2 teenagers working. We let them know there were no detergents dispensed and they just told us “that’s the maintenance issue” so if this is a known issue, why are you not addressing the issue and letting cars go through? We paid $22 for car rinse??? I don’t normally gave bad review but whoever manage this location needs to know that you can’t let just 2 teenagers working with no manager.When asked if we can get a refund, one of them said, the manager needs to do it but it will be refunded. We even asked for a receipt to show that the refund will go back to us, the response given is their printer is broken too. So they need maintenance and IT to come and help them. Luckily, Thornton now have more than just one car wash.

Been a frustrated customer for a couple years. I have 3 vehicles that are subscribed to this wash, until today. I went through the wash in Broomfield on 2 days ago and the overhead brush wasn't working, as it seems to be broken about 70% of the time. Today I took another shot and guess what.....the overhead brush was not getting the car in front of me nor my car again. So I decided to go through again and let them know they needed to reset the brush (which one of their employees did in the past and that fixed the issue).....this time the "Assistant Manager" told me it was because my car had a roof rack on it...I asked him why the car in front of me didn't work either and he basically told me to pound sand. So there you have it. 3 annual subscriptions CANCELLED. **BUYER BEWARE** They could care less for anything other than charging your credit card monthly.

I came in for a car wash with a moderately dirty car and paid for the $16 car wash which included tire and under carriage wash. No part of my car left clean, unfortunately. There were 2 high schoolers working there at the time and it was clear they didn't really care. I asked for a receipt and they told me they couldn't print me off one. I also was not informed to fold my side mirrors and they were cosmetically damaged. I would recommend going elsewhere for your car washes.

The owner should have camera up front and what the kid do and don't do. I remember before the person who had the brush would scrub the front and back of the vehicle. The kid dip the brush in some and threw water on car and didn't even scrub anything , he was to busy wanting get bet the office.

I always had a great experience whenever I used Take 5 Carwash in Northglenn. Never encountered a problem and the washes were always good. I ended up getting a monthly membership to one closer to my home, otherwise I’d return to Take 5

Johnny was amazing!! I do the top of the line monthly car washes so my car is always clean as I am an uber driver. Johnny walked up asked what I thought of the car wash, I explained I like everything except the wash doesn't clean my rims very well ....he jumped to it go on his hands and knees and personally cleaned my rims!! Great employee and great customer service!!

This location is not my favorite!Their card reader wasn't working so they comped my car wash. This would have been a great gesture but they also downgraded my car wash without telling me.While I fully understand the need to downgrade my carwash. I was attempting to offer the gentleman another card that I knew would read, and he insisted on letting them pay for my carwash.I really wanted the pro wash and would rather have paid for the upgrade, than to have received the downgraded wash free. (I should have been given a choice!) Thank you for the free wash today!The space I pulled into only had the vacuum working on one side of the car. The hose on the other side was completely missing with no out of service sign to let you know prior to pulling into this space.The ratio of armor all cleaner to the customer was less generous. Perhaps I just got spoiled at my Prairie Center location. But this location compared to the other is definitely outdated and needs an upgrade!Even the supply station is not located in a customer friendly spot. This location definitely did not make me want to return. I am delighted it wasn't my first experience with Take5 Car Wash because it would have made me never return. I definitely love the Prairie Center Location.This one, not so much!
