I have been going to Core Progression for about a month now and I have been working with Colby. I’ve really enjoyed working with Colby these past 4 weeks. I have noticed that I am getting stronger and that is my main goal. He is very motivating when I feel like giving up a a workout!

Joined this gym to get me back to enjoying working out.
