Went in due to problem with calls dropping & wanted a new phone & service upgrade. The phone I selected was unavailable. The woman offered no alternative, was very interested in issues with my current phone service. I walked out with no phone, no new service & very frustrated

I stopped in this morning because my son's phone had been stolen and my daughter broke hers beyond repair. I was meet with the most wonderful experience I have ever had at a phone store. Alex is the most amazing and polite young man I have meet in a long time. He was more helpful than I expected he helped me find the cheeps way to get my kids phones fixed and he even had mentioned he was having a bad day but that never stopped him from going above and beyond! I highly recommend stopping in and seeing him! even if you don't buy a phone or anything his bright disposition will defiantly bring a smile to your face and brighten your day!
