My daugher made a reservation for me online and had accidentally reserved and paid for the wrong unit size. Called in to confirm a reservation, unfortunately it was the wrong location. Mike was so helpful and determined to assist me in figuring out the correct location . Though I didn’t have a reservation here, his help was so appreciated as I just got into town from out of state.
