My daugher made a reservation for me online and had accidentally reserved and paid for the wrong unit size. When she got to property and realized her mistake, Mike was able to help get her re done in the right size unit immediately with a better promotion than what was available for the smaller size and get us moved in. Called in to confirm a reservation, unfortunately it was the wrong location. Mike was so helpful and determined to assist me in figuring out the correct location . Though I didn’t have a reservation here, his help was so appreciated as I just got into town from out of state.

Would highly recommend this location for any of your temperature controlled storage needs. Brittney is a super kind and helpful individual that can help get you set up and maintain your perfect unit. She was able to help me get a missed payment taken care of very quickly and effectively with no hassle. If in case things to wrong with auto pay they are kind enough to call and check in with you. Bradley was kind and understanding about my missed payment when they called about it. I greatly appreciate the kindness and understanding I've received from them as a renter who's been here for a while.

As first time storage renters, Lorraine and Brittaney definitely helped lessen the stress. We got a well explained tour as well as all of our questions answered. Highly recommend this storage not only for their security and low prices but also their amazing costumer service.

I think people left you your 5 stars months ago on the elevators that go down quite often…. & clearly not important enough too get up and clean…
Rather you have your team “Act”
Like they are working….but really walking by to be nosy on people & follow Brittny's assumptions.?
I had reported multiple concerns too Brittny but her attitude and tone are disrespectful & aggressive thinking she is gods gifted property fraud manager… like eww ….
Reasons why she & He terminated my lease halfway through the month when I paid in full $132.00 after upgrading to a 5x10…. Didn’t want to help nor even nudge to decrease my rent -$85 special @ the time because I had reported Brittny tones multiple times “JUST GIVING BACK HOW THEY TREATED ME”…cops were called by Brittny because SHE WAS “SPOOKED, SHOOK, DESTRESS “ Getting the same energy back that she gives to others and thinks it’s “OKAY”!??
With a Smile on my face & clarification explaining to the police why I am upset and how I feel she did what she did intentionally was agreed by the cops & ask me to keep the peace till move out 7-18-24 , so I agreed and said I was going to post my experience & here I am standing on business !… ?♀️

So as I said to Brittny & Jeff - Karma is a Bleep because this was a very unpleasant experience and I will NEVER RENT from PUBLIC STORAGE AGAIN IN MY FUTURE!
