“I have been shopping at this store for almost 20yrs and I have never encountered a rude employee ever. They are always polite and helpful with smiles. Most of my trips are after my workday and it takes me entering this store to experience great customer service that I don't see at most places. Love the remodeling job by the way”

“Friendly location no demo ic employees like 711 perhaps they don't feel guilty for overcharging. Since McDonald's can serve anything other than coffee hot I will be spending less at McDonald's andvm 711 and more at dollar store Walmart and kroger worth waiting for these places to open. Life is too short to have to deal with demons and poor customer service.”

“I love going to dollar tree, it makes it challenging to shop when you don't know exactly what to shop for or how long it'll be with you but I were able to shop recently and it was really fun because I actually found something imthat I want and want to keep going forward, I hope that it helps someone to know that I felt that way and hopefully it'll being the same happiness whenever they're there.”
“Actually here because of poor customer service at 711. Don't make it to this dollar ? much but unlike my 711 the customer service was above average. More web surf than web master forgot about poor customer service @73/lowel and 120/lowel until deamon made Nichole go off on me at 128 store. Never had a problem with Nicole before deamon returned. I will be printing up flyers education people to shop Walmart and dollar ? rarher than to deal with 711 unprofessional employees. When this location had grand reopening they gave promotional flyers but it was not clear that these were coupons I gave mine to my wife not knowing it would be needed for the deal. I had to get the coupon back from my wife and even then the employee acted like it was coming out of his pocket. People bag on Walmart but they seem to have better customer service lately than others. Also how come McDonald's did better job of serving food hot when they were cheap?”
“You can't write a bad review about this damn Dollar tree that's always great going to the Dollar tree I don't care if it's almost $2 an hour now you know what you're getting for what you pay for so don't expect a whole bunch but candy always great they have a huge selection”

“I was really impressed with the service I received at this location yesterday.. as one of the gentleman went above and beyond to try and help me find a particular item .. an item I knew was purchased at a Family Dollar location, but hasn’t been in stock for a while at that location.. so I attempted to find it at another . “There is a couple things here why can't you guys do your stocking either before you open or after you close it's just ridiculous trying to get around the boxes and walking down the aisles etc and then the workers act like they're mad because you're in their way. The other thing is every time I try to go into the store there's moochers out front isn't there something that's store can do about it I avoid going in because of it a lot of the times.”

“Cydnee the cashier and overall wonder woman was so helpful and suggested such great things after seeing i had some mardi gras themed items. such a kind hearted person — dollar tree is so lucky to have her. same cannot be said for the older “blond” lady that works their in the day time. Go at night — the people are much nicer.”
“Got a good price on cards. Love shopping here. Had a wait at the check stand, a lot more people Christmas shopping on Tuesday morning than you would have thought. “Omg!!!!!! I loved going to family dollar, I don't go to often but I went recently just to see if I needed anything for my shower and it found some amazing shampoo and conditioner for me to know that when I shower I can keep away all the bad and wash with good. It makes me feel confident to go shopping with family dollar if I ever had any insecurities about shopping for other people.”
“I stopped in to dollar tree earlier this week on my way to a concert and I was in a rush. I was very nervous when I saw how long the line was but needed some last minute stuff. I was surprised how fast the line moved and when I got up to the register although I could tell she was stressed the cashier (young girl with glasses) still asked me how I was doing and was super sweet. Amazing service.”
“Despite it being crazy sometimes which is normal and people outside asking for money. My family always finds what we need plus more there. The cashier's have been amazing to us and made us feel very welcomed. They are always stocking their shelves to keep the shelves full.”
“Always clean and pretty much stocked. My husband loves the pixy sticks and the now or laters. (They are the chewy kind, so he likes them now) A lot smaller than the 1970's and 1980's but a dollar is fair considering the times. Lady at register is ALWAYS friendly. Black mature woman with short hair. I work up the street and I think she lives there - just kidding.”

“This is a large store that seems to have been reduced in size and inventory of the last few years. It is in a good location with a large retirement facility opening nearby. Hopefully someone will realize it's worth investing in.”
