“I have been shopping at this store for almost 20yrs and I have never encountered a rude employee ever. They are always polite and helpful with smiles. Most of my trips are after my workday and it takes me entering this store to experience great customer service that I don't see at most places. Love the remodeling job by the way”

“Not a bad DT! Though I wish they sold more items like other DTs. It’s crazy how some DTs carry one thing while others do not. Sometimes the items I’m looking for are not at this store and I have to go to another location and they’ll have it there.
At least the associates are nice here.”
“One of the best stocked craft stores in the area. Generally pretty clean as well and the checkout people are always super nice. The unskippable cut scene they let stick around out front is getting old though, great cause but dudes been out there for over a week now and it's getting weird.”
“This store and employees are AMAZING....was buying coffee and asked what the price was? Not only did she tell me, but explained how popular this particular brand was to customer's that came into the store. Great price. Oh yes, I bought it. She also explained how their cold storage foods are remarkable in price and taste and have high quality brands. I took advantage of that as well.
I was done shopping and checking out and Cindy, (employee) who by the way was stocking shelves, came over and asked if I needed help in checking out. AWESOME....
both ladies were outstanding in my opinion and I recommend customers to continue to come back and shop at this store.
The shelves are stocked well and this place is CLEAN.....

“Stopped into this Family Dollar to buy some motor oil and was greeted by the staff, one gentleman and one woman, upon entry. Of course I ended up buying more than what I intended to and as I was browsing through baby clothes, the gentleman approached me with a basket because my arms were full. He told me to take my time and relax without my arms full. 20/10, would visit this store again and in addition, the store was very clean!”
“Clean store! Lots of products! Estephon was very courteous! Estephon assisted me find items in store wile he was very busy with customers, he patiently assisted everyone. One gal took bags to my car! I am sorry I didn't get her name..this store has a real small town vibe going on. ⭐💫✨❤”
“Came here for the 4th of July stuff but most of it was gone. However, Debbie was working and was a breath of fresh air. She was nice and helpful. Lately good customer service is hard to find and she did an amazing job.”
“Actually here because of poor customer service at 711. Don't make it to this dollar ? much but unlike my 711 the customer service was above average. More web surf than web master forgot about poor customer service @73/lowel and 120/lowel until deamon made Nichole go off on me at 128 store. Never had a problem with Nicole before deamon returned. I will be printing up flyers education people to shop Walmart and dollar ? rarher than to deal with 711 unprofessional employees. When this location had grand reopening they gave promotional flyers but it was not clear that these were coupons I gave mine to my wife not knowing it would be needed for the deal. I had to get the coupon back from my wife and even then the employee acted like it was coming out of his pocket. People bag on Walmart but they seem to have better customer service lately than others. Also how come McDonald's did better job of serving food hot when they were cheap?”
“You can't write a bad review about this damn Dollar tree that's always great going to the Dollar tree I don't care if it's almost $2 an hour now you know what you're getting for what you pay for so don't expect a whole bunch but candy always great they have a huge selection”
“Love this store.. though I wish they would open up the self-checkout again.. I know the whole issue with pennies it has put a damper on things, but it was so convenient and their machines you can just dump your handful of changing and it Cycles through and counts it like a Coinstar! Made things super fast and fun with my daughter!
Great variety, very organized and cleaned.. and I've only seen one person try to steal from this one! Always awkward when that happens”
“Everyone there was friendly and nice, it was surprisingly well stocked too. Only complaint was the price, some of the stuff isn't worth the price anymore but it's not this specific dollar trees fault. They are loosing customers, we went 2 days before the prices were raised again. Might as well call it 2+ dollars trees now just sad. My kids won't be able to just go in and pick what they want because everything is different prices. Great staff and store they do the best they can, but horrible and greedy corporation so sad that its cheaperand better quality stuff at bigger chain stores.”
“I was really impressed with the service I received at this location yesterday.. as one of the gentleman went above and beyond to try and help me find a particular item .. an item I knew was purchased at a Family Dollar location, but hasn’t been in stock for a while at that location.. so I attempted to find it at another . Although I didn’t end up with it ... the efforts made were greatly appreciated and I did get a couple other needed items .. thanks guys!”
“There is a couple things here why can't you guys do your stocking either before you open or after you close it's just ridiculous trying to get around the boxes and walking down the aisles etc and then the workers act like they're mad because you're in their way. The other thing is every time I try to go into the store there's moochers out front isn't there something that's store can do about it I avoid going in because of it a lot of the times.”
“I had the best experience in there today I was buying a bunch of balloons and while fighting with them I forgot my phone at the cash register. And Dan ran out behind me and brought it all the way to me in my car when I was about to leave the parking lot. He is always helpful when I ask him for info but today he went above and beyond. I’m so thankful he did that because I would have had to turn around whenever I noticed and I was heading out the area.”
“The family Dollar is in my neighborhood so I go there to buy a pack of dog food and I need it when I don't want to go to the big box. Everybody has been completely friendly, very nice.”

They have way more stuff than most dollar stores and they have better inventory than other Family Dollars I've been to. Wool socks? Got em. Awesome Shrek shirt? Yep.
The staff is always great. Also its a dollar store. If you are the type of Karen that goes to Walmart expecting royal treatment you probably left this place a 1 star review. No one wants your business.
Bring back the cat toy with the plush fish on the end. My cat loves it and I will buy every single one.”

“This is a large store that seems to have been reduced in size and inventory of the last few years. It is in a good location with a large retirement facility opening nearby. Hopefully someone will realize it's worth investing in.”
