The staff is poorly trained in my opinion. My family and l went in and the staff was cursing with one another. Not something that kids need to hear.

2 years ago I would have given Fazoli's a two-star rating because, without warning, they removed our favorite menu item: the submarino. We were so pleased when they brought them back! Fazoli's meals are always hot, fresh, and served with a smile. Kudos to the drive-thru staff for their accuracy and efficiency. Going to Fazoli's for a midweek lunch is always a special treat. ?♥️

Julia J. Was super! Even though it was 9:30pm she was happy to take good care of us. She went out of her way to explain the new flatbread pizza and show us the size. We love coming to this Fazolis when we are in Denver, always good food and awesome service. Thanks Guys!

Wonderful lunch, Rikki helped me with selections for my meal. Food was short a star as the breadsticks were a little hard. Previously, I've had better. I was eating at around 230-3 pm, so I might understand. I did eat it all. Thanks.

It was a steady pace of customers at Fazolis tonight, so it was a bit of a wait to dine inside. The food was good, and you get a lot for the cost. An employee named Lilly, was amazing. she was taking orders, serving food, cleaning, bussing, and collecting all dishes etc. She kept a positive attitude the whole time, even while we were in the middle of ordering, someone who seemed like the manager was interrupting her to ask about another order. There were other staff noticeably standing around, and one employee standing in the kitchen was visible from the register, holding a tissue to her nose for an excessive amount of time. Overall, we had to wait awhile, which is ok and the food was good for the most part, but for a couple of us the food was cold when it arrived. Lilly provided excellent customer service, and we would return because of Lilly. Lilly is the main reason that this is review is as high with 3 stars.

The only reason I’m giving this 3 stars is because there was a young lady named lily that seemed to be doing everything. Cashier, bussing, serving etc. meanwhile the “manager of sorts” was noticeably absent when help was needed the most. one employee ,possible kitchen employee was standing around holding a tissue to her nose in a pathetic attempt for attention. To the dismay of the customers we saw as we were leaving, the manager conveniently steeped back in to “help” only to sit and count the drawer for 5 minutes without even acknowledging the wait she is creating. If it wasn’t for Lilly , this would be a one star review. Lilly- Put up with it for now . you’re young with good work ethic. You’ll be fine. You stand out amongst your peers. Thank you.
