This is the kind of place that takes advantage of every single person that walks through their door one way or another. We are just walking dollar bills to them and they will squeeze out every dollar they can. And I don't mind paying if the service is done right however in my case I made it clear to them I was on a very tight schedule and I asked them very kindly if they could just let me know as soon as they're done so I could come pick it up and get back to work. After a while I lost my patience and went to see what's going on. Low end behold the service was already done and my vehicle was waiting outside for who knows how long.
I only asked that they please call me as soon as they're done so I can get there fast and be on my way and they couldn't even do that they gave me an outrageous quote that I'm sure I can get it done cheaper somewhere else. They must think of themselves as Rocket scientists or something. Looks like I won't be coming back to this shop again

I had an appointment For an inspection at 10, my car did not enter until 12 pm, the time at which I specified that had to go to work, I had to pay more than $70 in Uber because my car was not ready and The next day I came alone to pick it up, it took more than 30 minutes just to serve me and the prices. They are too inflated I do not recommend ever going there it is the worst service I have had with mechanics

Scheduled an appointment with this location for a tire repair. Unfortunately, my car's right back tire ran over a screw. I required a flat tire repair. I arrived on time to my appointment and waited by the service desk to be helped. No one was at the service desk, which is understandable because the shop looked busy. However, when an employee came to the service desk I was not acknowledged/greeted or a simple "I will be right with you". He stood in front the computer clicking and seemed to be bothered I was standing there. I said "hello" to get his attention, but was ignored and he kept clicking on his computer. Finally after 15 minutes standing there, he acknowledged that I was seeking help, but seemed irritated. I told him that I have a 5:00PM appointment (5:15PM now) and looking to repair my flat tire. He grabbed my keys and went to inspect my flat. After the inspection, he came back and said that the threads were too low to repair the tire with a plug and he recommended that all 4 tires to be replaced. I knew he was trying to up-sell me because I recently had my vehicle inspection done a month prior with the thread report. I expressed disappoint and left the shop. Waste of my time.
The next day I was able to find a friendly tire shop off of Pecos who had no problem putting in a $25 plug. Great service.

Fuselage Nichols did an exceptional job and stepped up to help with stripped lug nuts. She restored my faith back into the store on Melody Dr. She was very helpful and didn't stop until the job was finished.

I had my fuel pump replaced on 5/28/24, paid over $1000 and was told that if anything went wrong with it I could take it in anytime to get it fixed right away. Well literally the next morning I turned the truck on and the “ Check Gas Cap “ warning light came on followed by the check engine light.
I called Firestone to see if I could take it in and looked at and I was told NO and that I’d have to make another appointment. I ended up setting an appointment online for Sunday 06/02/24. Today I walked into Firestone for my appointment and was told that there was nothing they could do since the technicians that can work on my truck are off. needless to say I was upset.
I asked what the process would be if I were to be left stranded somewhere due to this issue and I was told that they’d fix it but I’d have to pay a tow truck out of my own pocket and would not be reimbursed for which is out right ridiculous. They set me up for yet another appointment for 6/8. Hopefully something gets done.

Good Morning
If it weren’t for my dad’s account with Firestone I probably wouldn’t come here. Walking into the lobby it’s filthy every time I’ve come for service. And they lack customer service, no smile, half greeting and no one is hardly ever upfront to assist the customers tug stand at the counter for a good 5 minutes before anyone sees that you walked into the place. It takes what seems as much time to get tires s as to repair a tire. This place lacks customer service and cleanliness. I know everytime I’ve gone to Discount Tire or Les Schwab it’s been a top tier experience and cleanliness.

I don’t know the names of the two who helped me out on Sunday afternoon 4/27/2024, really wish I could’ve got their names, but the sweet lady and gentleman who I’m sure was the one who worked on my car, they were both very polite, quick and amazing!!! They even helped me out with pricing and getting all 4 tires on and they did it within an hour I was so happy because no one else would get me in on a Sunday and this place and their employees helped me out as a single mother of 2 who has no time to get things done during the week!! Thank you so much!

Oh, what a delightful experience! Spending double the time for an appointment, greeted with the speed of a sloth, and then being offered the privilege of paying for a service already magically activated. And who doesn't love being told their brake pads need replacing when they've just been serviced, and their brand-spanking-new radiator doesn't need a flush? Let's not forget the charming surprise of sewage on your shoes after using the restroom. Ah, the joys of unprofessionalism! Clearly, the new management is excelling at letting chaos reign supreme and upselling customers on the finest of phony work. I'll be sure to recommend this gem to all my friends!
