My daughter seems to really like this store, except she was totally disappointed when we went to three different five below stores, and none of them had the plushy’s as advertised that she was looking for.

I like the variety of items and prices. A handful of times that I've gotten stuff, I go and check out, and i feel profiled. I'll walk up to check out and go to start scanning myself but the worker insists that they must scan my items and that i cannot do it but will let other customers check themselves out and not give them any hassles about it. I've started doing pickup orders instead now.

It was a last minute shop, so it was a little picked over. Mostly kids stuff too. More than I recall from previous years at Christmas.

I absolutely love the customer service at this location. Every time I go shopping at this location it’s always super clean and organized, well as organized as possible considering how much traffic they get. Keep up the good work! Looking forward to shopping with you again.

The staff and manager at this location are horrible! Worst customer service experience EVER!!!! Very rude really unprofessional! Me and my family were about to spend $300 dollars worth of stuff for children in need! And they wouldn't let my 8 year old son use the restroom there was two bathrooms available and they said the bathroom doors are jammed they don't open? Are you kidding me? I had to take him to DDs discount next door where we weren't even customers at and they gladly let my child use the restroom with no problem!!!! Today is December 1st 2024! This Store is not only a horrible mess!!! The workers are too! I will never return to this location again!

Don't buy anything from here. Merchandise falls apart instantly As soon as you open the package and Make sure you read the fine print because there's no returns. Employees are rude. Unorganized, Filthy, and Disgusting to put it lightly. I tried to return A phone charger that broke apart while plugging it in. Apparently its company policy to not do any returns. What a joke of an establishment

The guy manager there legit followed me and my husband around this dang place the SECOND WE WALKED IN....LIKE LEGIT NOT EVEN HIDING IT LIKE BEHIND US WHOLE TIME LIKE ?....???OHHH CAN I HELP YOU GUYS FIND ANYTHING??! To which we were like--MY HUSBAND:?? ME:???♀️???? ??♀️??♀️ why just why??!! Just WHYYY 4REAL..... JUST A SUGGESTION..... ASSUMING MAKES AN ? out of U and ME get it??!! ???? Ur welcome ?

the store was such a disaster that you couldn’t take your cart down any aisle because there was boxes thrown in the middle of each aisle and at the ends. and this is now the 2nd time of many times going there that the workers stepped in front of my cart and said they “have” to scan my items for me despite everyone around me scanning their own items. I’ve been there many times with a cart full and workers not do this so it’s not about how many items you have it’s apparently up to the worker to look at you & decide you look like a thief. And according to other reviews I’m not the first heavily tattooed person to experience this. I’ll be sticking the the one on 92nd from now on.
