I’m not saying the staff was bad, because they weren’t. But I’m saying improvements could be made. The front desk person on 2/9 wasn’t too cordial. That seems like a key component of that position. Later, the person who called with the quote and suggestions didn’t have knowledge of the things being discussed. A key component of that job.My confidence lies in the management that has been consistent for a few years and with whom I am comfortable placing my trust.

It seems totally ridiculous and ineffective to me that a tire mounting and alignment workshop only serves its clients under the appointment system, I required the alignment of my car that was undriveable in the snow and they offered me an appointment for 3 days later, absurd and ridiculous! Fortunately I only had to cross the street to Firestone complete care service and the attention was immediate. I do not recommend Good Year Auto Service, tire & service.

I rarely go through the effort of giving a review but felt like people need to be aware of how the Melody Dr. location operates when considering where to get your vehicle serviced. Justin and his team deserve a 5 star rating for providing the level of care they do to their customers… and if they can be rated higher for their honesty and integrity I would give them a 10. My Chrysler Pacifica wouldn’t start one morning and put my battery on a charger and seemed to hold a charge so I asked Justin - without an appointment - if he could squeeze me in to isolate the problem, told me to drop it off and see what he could do later that day. My feeling was that he would identify a bad alternator and I’d have to spend a mini fortune to fix it, so I took it in and left my car in his capable hands. Later that afternoon he called and said that his records showed since I’d purchased the battery last year and was showing still under warranty they went ahead and replaced it at no charge since everything else tested to be functioning well. I was prepared to not only pay for a new battery but to also deal with a hefty repair bill if it needed it but because of Justin’s integrity I paid nothing! Thank you Justin and his amazing & talented team for your hard work and honest business practices. You’ve restored my faith that there are still good people doing honest work! I am a customer for life

Justin, the manager, is a great guy. He’s honest, respectful and an overall nice guy. I’ve been going here for a couple of years and haven’t been disappointed. Their oil change prices are hard to beat, and they don’t try to oversell you on things you don’t need.

They were super kind, very affordable and thorough. Changed my oil, rotated my tires and filled up my windshield washer and gave me some free coffee while I waited! I will be coming back for sure, thanks Goodyear.

Justin and the guys here are all great! Always kind, quick, take their time explaining the things I don't understand, and they're always honest. This is the only place we bring our cars for oil changes/alignments/tires/whatever else needs to be done.

Justin Poplawski, thank you for your service back in the beginning of September. I was heading out on a cross-country trip for work and my passenger seat belt locked for no reason. 3 other companies including my vehicle's manufacturer couldn't fix it or wanted a ridiculous price to fix and or wanted me to come back days later. Justin fixed it in less than 10 minutes; my passenger and I were on our way. A MECHANIC'S HEART THROUGH AND THROUGH.Thank you Justin!

I usually come here for my oil changes but not after this last time. Got in for my appointment and after waiting over 15 minutes to talk to the front desk, the worker told me I was too late and had to come in 2 hours later.Took 15 minutes because he was talking to another customer before me about unrelated topics, didn’t recognize that he was cutting into time like that. Wasted my time and made it seem like it was my fault, so I went straight to Valvoline after that.Unfortunate, but I’m never coming back to change my oil here.

They helped me and one worker even went beyond expectations by unexpectedly helping me out with costs. I will always be loyal to this shop, it is hard to find a trustworthy place to have your car serviced. Especially as a deaf man, which makes communication difficult and many seek to take advantage of that. This shop went out of their way to help me and I won't forget that. Five stars for them and I hope I can repay them for their unexpected kindness someday soon. Also, shout out to Andy, many thanks bro!

So thankful for this shop and for the GoodYear tire warranty! We've had our Goodyear tires for 14 months and purchased them in Virginia. We had a flat tire on the highway during a road trip to Colorado (awesome) and somehow made it to GoodYear on a spare that hadn't been used in 12.5 years and they squeezed us in! A HUGE Thank You! Lesson learned...we will always get the warranty!

made an appointment to have tires rotated and asked to have tire air pressure check and filled if needed. After waiting for a long time I was told They could not do tire rotation because my Jeep could not be lifted up due to a rusty frame. I left and went to another auto shop and they had no problem lifting my car and doing tire rotation. I found out also that Goodyear also did not air my tires as requested. My back left tire was very low on air as well as other tires were low as well. I can kind of understand on tire rotation however Very dissapointed Goodyear tire did not follow through on checking my air pressure and airing up my tires

Super thankful for these guys. Bought a new car a few weeks ago, started hearing a weird noise and noticed the plastic under carriage was coming off. Asked if they had time to take a look at it, they may have been able to tell I was freaking out but they immediately took it back and just took the broken plastic piece over. They’re the best and I will always only go here. Thank you for the peace of mind guys.

My husband and I both needed tires. And Andy provided an honest opinion on the tires for our vehicles.. we both love the ride the new tires provide..I also asked them to look at a clicking noise my car was making. And with their expertise and honesty they explained where the noise is coming from and gave the recommendation.I totally trust Andy and Justin .THANK YOU FOR YOUR HONESTY!!!!I AM A LOYAL CUSTOMER WITH THESE GENTLEMEN!!! Needed a patch for a leak in my tire. I showed up 10 minutes before the shop closed and they still helped me out! I am very grateful because after going to 3 other tire shops in the area and being told I wouldn’t be able to get in until next week, these folks were able to patch my tire in 20 minutes and help me get on my way. Thank you for staying a little after closing to pull out a nail and patch the hole in my tire.
