I was injured on the job which required arm surgery. Although considered routine, I contracted
a staff infection during the surgery which led to a subsequent surgery and invasive infections
throughout my body. It was at this time I realized that I was in need of legal counsel.
Fortunately, I was introduced to Rick Hull of Hull and Zimmerman, whose help and experience
guided me through two very difficult and painful years. Not only was he a hardworking
professional, navigating through so many obstacles. He was always empathetic to my situation
and always kept in touch, regardless of the day or time of day.

Rick and Dan have gone above and beyond with my personal injury case. I ended up getting WAY more than I expected, and Rick communicated so well all the way throughout the process. Dealing with a lawsuit is not something I’ve ever done and I couldn’t imagine going through it with a team that didn’t have the personal touch Rick provided to always be available with my MILLIONS of questions and make sure I was getting what I wanted every step of the way. Id like to start off by saying my auto accident case was definitely a interesting one, i got T -boned back in February and at the time, the driver was not admitting fault saying i had ran the light but that was clearly not the case. On top of this, there was 4 witnesses 2 saying it was my fault (which we believe witness could of been a friend) 2 saying it was her fault.Before the case even started, Mike made sure i got the right treatment(Shoulder neck injury's, concussion) at a outstanding clinic and explained to me from the start what the plan was and if we even had a case.Fast forward to April / May and from all the therapy 3x a week, my shoulder had been recovered. Mike was getting ready to start his case but at this point, hospital bills / clinic bills were to be paid and it was not a light bill.We had to reach out to both parties insurance companies including my own to see if we can get my bills covered, Other party was still not admitting to fault(at this time the case was going to be settled on a 50/50 bill split, Mike managed to receive Officer body cams / different footages to prove that i was in fact not at fault and demanded my bills to be paid. He managed to get my bills completely covered and won our case!From the day i met Mike he always treated me with respect and honestly one of the most genuine lawyers that i have ever worked with, always kept me updated with what the next steps were.I would highly recommend this firm to anyone who had been involved in a accident and i will only be referring them to family/ friends.

My wife and I got in a pedestrian + vehicular accident. Driver had no license and uninsured. Plus the owner of the vehicle claimed they didn't allow for its use. The medical costs and recovery process was tough on both my wife and I. Given the circumstances, financial compensation was basically written off. Alex spent over 18mo negotiating with medical and auto insurance firms to get us a payout far larger than what we even hoped. His dedication to our situation and persistence were such a wonderful experience in an otherwise difficult situation. I highly recommend this firm if you encounter anything similar.
