Definitely not freaky fast Delivery. It seems like almost 40-45 minutes before they show up or at times don't show at all.

I ordered a large sprite with no ice as a part of my meal and I got my sprite with ice and some black spots all over my drink, Absolutely horrendous. Last time I'll be eating at this establishment

This is just crazy!! I’ve never had a problem with this location. Ive lived here in Northglenn for 11yrs and when this location opened up I was excited for that. But just right now I called the store and got hung up on twice!!! And the third time the same guy answered the phone and wanted to yell at me but he realized he’s at work. I told him why did you hang up on me twice when I’m trying to place an order for delivery he then ignored what i asked him and I proceeded to place my order cause me and my wife are hungry. I than gave him my address not once but three times and I even spelled it out for him!! And in the middle of me writing this the manager calls me and wants me to repeat my address cause the guy who I talked to wrote the wrong address after I even spelled it out for him!! I then took the opportunity to make a complaint to her and told her what he did to me over the phone and she just ignored me as well only cared to deliver my food cause she probably didn’t want to give me a refund..I won’t be ordering from here no more this one very messed up disrespectful experience I just had Jimmy John’s just lost a loyal customer.

Got a wrap from drive thru this week. After 2 bites, found a hair. Opened it up and found another. Opened the other half and found a THIRD. Didn't have time to go back and complain but I did a comment online and asked to be contacted but got no response. So I guess that tells you how concerned they are about their employees either deliberately doing this or at least a serious policy/procedure issue.

I ordered a delivery through the app. One hour later I called to see how much longer it would be before delivery. The order had not been made and she wasn't sure how long it would be until delivery would arrive. I asked if it would be within 30 more minute. The person told me she couldn't say, they only have one delivery driver. I asked to cancel my order. There was no apology or any offer to make it right. She replied ok and hung up the phone. I now hope that my credit card is credited properly. Will never order from this location again. This is the second time I've had to cancel my delivery order due to extremely long delivery times.

I’m very upset, and spent the day crying. I have a birthday party planned for my three year old tomorrow and we decided to go with Jimmy John’s. We ordered 4 orders of the 30 half sandwiches. We placed the order a week in advance and in the meantime a lot of party attendees cancelled so we called the store to see if we could take an order of the 30 sandwiches off the order. The manager was rude to begin with. She said I’ll have to see what I can do. She put me on hold forever, then came back and said “the only way to modify was to cancel the whole order so I cancelled the whole order.” She cancelled the whole order, instead of ASKING if that was okay. She should have asked if I wanted to cancel or leave the order because I would have left the order as is being that we already paid. I said “maam you should have asked.” And she proceeded to say “well it’s too late, what’s done is done.” I said is there anything you can do? She said nope. I said “you just should have confirmed with me before canceling.” And she said “oh okay you want to tell me how to do my job?!” And she just kept on being rude, and so I asked for the number to corporate and she said “I don’t have it.” And I said “can you please get it for me?” And then she said “You’re just as capable of using google as I am.” I ended up yelling at her and then hanging up. I ended up spending the rest of the day crying because of her lack of people skills and empathy. I will not be going back her. I proceeded to call back to get her name and she said “I do not have to give you that information.”

I hate leaving reviews but spent 30 plus dollars got the wrong bread on one sandwich the other super plain thrown together hard bread.. I can deal with that what made me write this was thankfully my boyfriend opened the lid on my fountain drink before my 4 year old son or I drank it.. there was a single red ant in it!!! There is no ants anywhere to be seen in my house....

I haven’t been here in a while, but I love a good Sammie. The place must be under new management or something because it looks very clean and the bread was super soft compared to my past experiences. Glad to see the turn around, will be back again.
