Lee Myles Auto Care has been fantastic to work with. They’re always able to schedule me in quickly, which makes such a difference when unexpected car problems come up. The team is professional, friendly, and thorough — they diagnosed the issue with my vehicle right away and explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what to expect.
Beyond repairs, they also handle routine maintenance with the same level of care and efficiency. I really appreciate their honesty, quick turnaround, and the peace of mind I get knowing my car is in good hands. Highly recommend them for both big and small jobs!

As a former mechanic/ collision tech who no longer works on vehicles. This is the only place I trust and have trusted to touch my vehicles and my grandparents vehicles with services. Honest, extremely nice and welcoming, transparent with all work. I recommend all my friends and family to go here before anywhere!

My mother is a customer for this place until they quoted her a $49 dollar charge to clean her battery terminals. Now I’m no mechanic but I know it takes less than two minutes to clean battery terminals. My mom is 79 years old. Has no one else to care for her car so she went to this place to hopefully get car care She’s been going there for A few years it seems a little excessive $49 charge to clean terminals that seems like being taken advantage of shame on you, Lee Myles

Called for an estimate on Tuesday for a CV axel replacement on my Tahoe. After 3 days passed I called to see how was the estimate going. The guy replied I'm still working on it. ??? Poor customer service ... at least let me know you're too busy and will not be able to get to it. I guess he does not need business that bad. Hope the general manager reads this to have his owners follow up.

Went here a few times but decided to not go back again for any work done. Their rates are competitive which is what attracted my attention in the first place along side the reviews, but no clue where all these reviews came from after the experience I went through.
First 2 visits, I got my wheels aligned. The car still pulled to the right and I went back and they checked it and said a control arm was a bit bent that needed to be changed. This I was aware off so didn’t think much but still noticed the car pulling a bit too much compared to before the alignment. Got my wheels changed a few weeks later and turns out, the techs who did the alignment put the rear wheels on the front and the front wheels on the back. My car has a staggered setup and since the wider wheels were upfront, it was causing the car to pull. I let Lee Myles know and the response I got was “oh that shouldn’t affect the alignment”…. Seriously? Your tech couldn’t put the wheels on correctly (the most basic part) and that is the response I get instead of an apology?
Anyway I let it slide and went back one last time for a brake change. Whoever changed my brakes torqued the rear rotor so much, that is jammed and damaged my electronic parking brake hardware and drum that is behind the rotor. I noticed the car made a clicking sound when I accelerated a few weeks after this brake change so I took it to an independent mechanic, and he sent me a video of the sound behind the rotor and mentioned whoever did my brake change, torqued it too much.
Now for an oil change or something basic, these guys are fine but I can never trust them with anything else. Even for an oil change I do not plan on ever returning here.

Eryck and the staff are not only helpful and knowledgeable, but they are very thorough and honest. Highly efficient. I can’t recommend this shop enough! I’d give 6 stars if possible!

I got lucky enough when I moved into the area that this place was within walking distance of my apartment. The best service with fair pricing in the area and I refuse to go anywhere else, even if I now have to drive a half hour to get to them. 10/10
