This daycare has been “God Sent” for my son. He did awful at other daycares until he came to Little Boots and now he is flourishing in every aspect of his life. It is going to be very hard for him to transition to school as he loves this place so much! Ms. Brandy is the best teacher EVER!

My 3 year old really loves coming here. Ms. Sarah and Ms. Betsy have been nothing but great. I appreciate them both for keeping me updated on my daughter and working with her. All the other staff have been friendly and wonderful.

Brandy was so wonderful with our kids. The activities were great, they always felt welcome and they always had fun with her but we always knew they were safe and there was open communication everyday. We miss her dearly!

This place is awful I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!! My babies used to attend this daycare and at least 4 days out of the weeks they would come home with injuries multiple bite marks bruises on their face and every time the staff would claim that my child some how always seem to fall during play time their excuse was always that toddlers fall but the extent of the injuries where clearly due to lack of supervision! The staff here doesn’t even seem like they are well equipped to be taken care of these children they don’t even wipe their noses or their faces half the time the kids look like they’re taking care of themselves when I’ve gone in multiple times there is one teacher to multiple children and she seems overwhelmed

Where do I begin?! This place is absolutely awful! A few weeks ago I came in to drop my infant off and Diana (the most amazing women) was left there with 7 kids alone. Ratios at this center are 1:5, this is not the first time this has been an issue. I literally had to go out into the hall and request they send someone to help. I then filed a complaint with the license board. The investigation was help on a Monday morning where I found out Amir had lied and said he was in there. On top of it all, all I was given was an email, not one member of the staff said a word to me. Super unprofessional. I did confront Amir the morning after I got the letter and asked him why he lied and all he said was “I was on my way to the room”. I than grabbed my children’s stuff and never looked back.Fast forward to the evening when I got home, I received a termination letter effective the following day stating I was terminated for “lack of trust between parent and center and disrespect toward staff” I absolutely do not trust this facility. If they are willing to lie about something that I saw and addressed with them to their face, what are they hiding behind the parents back?!As for the disrespect, apparently is disrespectful to advocated for your children at this facility. I have challenged their policies, such as biting and sick policies and anytime I did they told me to find a new center. My doctors provided notes stating they could come back to daycare and they denied them coming back several times. They pick and choose who they let get away with what. If you voice your opinion, even in a civil manner, it’s a problem.I actually contacted Early Head Start to let them know about the ratio issues and concerns about the mistreatment of the staff. I was informed they were going to do more Investigations into this as well. So I hope something comes from it.The turnover of staff here is ridiculous! During the duration of my daughter’s time there. There was 3-4 teachers who quit in the infant room and probably close to 4-5 in the toddler room. In fact the week before they terminated me, both teacher quit the same week in the toddler B room that my daughter was in.The ONLY good thing that I can say about that place is their infant teacherDiana is absolutely amazing! She loves the children like her own but I guarantee it won’t be long before she leaves. The way they treat their staff is awful. They do not give them the support they deserve. When Diana was out sick or on vacation I would keep my daughter home because the other women in her class couldn’t even get her to take a bottle. The fact that I had to keep my daughter home because I didn’t trust the staff when Diana wasn’t there, is a huge red flag.Mona (the owner) just had a baby. Maybe this place will turn around when HER child is apart of that. Finally she will be able to understand where all my frustration came from at this place.I’m sure there will be a response posted stating none of this was true, as I have read in the other reviews. Ultimately, I my this was a blessing in disguise being terminated because it pushed me to find another great center. I really hope there is an investigation in this center because I’m afraid there are a lot more things wrong than just this.

My kids have been at Little Boots for over a year now. We transferred from another daycare, and to say I’m grateful would be an understatement. As you can imagine, dropping my kiddos off at a new place was stressful and nerve racking, but the staff here at Little Boots have made it so much easier. I can say with certainty that each child is catered to in their needs, the communication is outstanding between teachers and parents. I feel this is a very family based center - there are events planned that take place on weekends and they are so welcoming and organized! There is genuine love and care from each teacher my boys have had - and I cannot thank them enough.Thank you to all teachers and staff here at Little Boots! Your work never goes unnoticed and is greatly appreciated.

Trusting someone else to take care of your kids is always a challenge but LittleBoots makes it much easier. They treat children like family. I am lucky enough to be able to stay home with my kids now but if that ever changes, Little Boots will be the first and only place I contact to care for them.My kids and nephew started when the facility first opened and my nephew still attends so I get to hear about how much he loves it every time I see him still. :) Seeing how much they’ve grown and all the updates made to the building has been a blessing.Great job to Mona and all of her amazing staff!!

My son has been in this daycare for six years almost seven years and I have never ever had an issue. All the staff care about all the kids. The daycare does a lot of special things.

This place is horrible! The teachers don’t watch the kids right! My kids used to go here we moved them now a friend of mine has her child there and he is constantly coming home with bites and bruises the director is so rude doesn’t care one bit about the kids staff looks like they are all young with absolutely no child care qualifications! Define wouldn’t recommend bringing your kids to this place I’m surprised they are still in business

Not for people of color. I came to tour this daycare a few weeks ago. The daycare is adorable, it had good ratings online, and the location would make my drive to work much shorter. As soon as I entered the facility a woman stared at me and then asked me what I wanted, when I said I made an appointment for a tour the director came out of her office and was very kind. She told me it was picture day so I assumed the woman that was rude was there taking pictures and didn't actually work there. As my tour continued, I felt very uncomfortable as I walked around. I was stared at intensely and not greeting by a single teacher. This was my third daycare tour and that had never happened. It became very clear, that people that look like me and my son are not well received at that location. When we went to tour the room my son would be in, the woman at the door was there and I was told she was the teacher. The teachers in his did not greet me or introduce themselves. As an educator and someone who worked in daycares all throughout college I know this behavior was very unprofessional and out of the norm for a daycare center. If you're a non person of color this daycare will probably be a great fit but if you or your children are POC I recommend you find a different place.

Little Boots Early learning center is one of the most unprofessional daycare providers I have come across. The owner Mona text her concerns rather than talk to parents face to face like adults. Melissa the director is just the same. I had to be notified by a teacher that my child was sick because none of the front desk wanted to give me a call. I had an incident with their teacher Ivy putting tape on my child to secure his pull up but ignored the fact that the tape was connected to his leg. The owner Mona of course excused the teachers behavior and sees no violation, never mind the fact that i had to rip tape off of my child's thigh. There is constantly something going around the daycare whether it be pink eye, lice, or hand foot and mouth. The owner and director will never speak with you directly about any incident involving your kids. I definitely would not recommend taking your child to Little Boots. More than half if not all the good reviews on here are from staff.
