Terrible customer service and customer retention. Sell your stuff elsewhere unless you’re that hard up and have the time luxury of returning the following day because if you happen to forget, don’t expect a courtesy call by any means…you’re just screwed out of the cash option and stuck with in store credit. The only resale shop around with such a silly (and lazy!) system.

I felt like I was shopping on Temu but in person or a tiktok live. They had so many fake name brand products that I decided not to buy an expensive stroller from them. The workers were rude and very unwelcoming. I did purchase some items only because they made me so uncomfortable watching me and whispering. My kid thankfully liked the items until I look at the seams and it’s unraveling for a $34 thin hoodie. The bottom of the cup I bought was scratched to the point where the paint coat was coming off. Don’t spend your money here, if I didn’t live an hour away I would return everything but it’s not worth the drive and unwelcoming environment.

Ordered some fleece and bamboo jackets, was looking for a specific print that was made a while ago before I knew about the company. While watching one of their whatnot shows, they allowed me to do some personal shopping with Shannon and Tracy in order to see what they had left in that print. Shannon looked through everything, found the exact prints I was looking for and even in the sizes I was wanting to include a matching mama jacket for me. She then found some other similar prints and included a free pair of bingo sunglasses in my order for being patient with them (while they were doing ME the biggest favor!!). I’d be patient over and over again, this company is genuine and the people behind it truly care. Cannot say enough good things from what I have personally experienced with them. Shannon, Tracy, and Kelly are always a pleasure to purchase from. Thanks from Savannah & Oakley. 💕

They state they only take higher brand name items. I brought on many brand name items including girls Uggs that were worn 4 times and girls Nike Air Jordan's. They wanted to give me $36 for them to turn around and resell for 5x that. Target brand is nit high end brand and yet they have that. The lady at the front was rude and acted like I was an inconvenience. She was not helpful in any way. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I went in last Thursday looking to pick up some things for my 3 year old niece and her (soon to be!) sibling, because I had been here before and the store was well kept and I found good deals. Something has very obviously changed and not for the better. According to other recently posted reviews the drop in quality is due to a change in ownership, and having experienced the store before vs. my last visit, I have to agree. The employees seem more than happy to sit behind the counter and laugh at whatever is on their phone than assist customers, and if you dare to ask a question it comes with a heaping helping of bad attitude. This seems to also carry over into the care and stocking of the store itself. It used to be nicely sorted and the different areas made sense, but now it seems that things are either not put away or just thrown back wherever. It's not pretty. It seems like whoever took over doesn't care about the store or the customer experience and that is truly a crying shame.

Stay away from this place! Unless they hire new people because were extremely rude!! I went in I had to greet them myself. They were too busy giggling on their phone didn’t bother on getting up and asking if we were looking for anything in particular!! Booo ????

Absolutely amazing wonderful people genuinely care awesome items closing toys baby gear etc great prices and willing to work with you this place is absolutely amazing I recommend it to anybody having a kid or a sibling

I went to the 1$ sale yesterday and it was great only complaint is it was freezing. The staff was very helpful and nice. Highly recommend this place instead of Walmart or target because they literally have EVERYTHING you would need for a baby or even toddler.

Best place to shop from always have so many options. We always come here and sell things and they give us the best amount possible back and I always end up using store credit, couldn’t ask for a better place. The lady’s are always super nice and understanding when you go in to see them. -Kendra brophy

I was highly disappointed the moment I walked in the door. There were 2 younger gals working but talking amongst themselves more than they were responding to my questions. I asked where to find a certain piece of furniture and one pointed to the corner and said "go over there". Rude. I then asked where I could find porta crib sheets and she pointed to a bin but each one I pulled out of the bin was labeled for something else. When I asked her if there was another area that I could find a sheet, she rudely said "well we don't have any then".I will gladly spend my money elsewhere.

I have always went to the location on 118th, fort time at this location and both locations are wonderful and very clean, organized, and very welcoming. I will definitely be back.

This is a great little store! I had shopped at their other location one other time while visiting and really loved the items that they stock. I bought gifts here and they are always helpful with suggestions and the gifts are always well received.
